Dr. Pare is a wonderful physician . He has great communication skills and conveys a willingness to listen and explain any procedure. He did my lens implants 5 yrs ago and I have had excellent results. He recently did a quick laser to improve my vision in one eye. And she quickly tells me we don't take that either. Wow shut down at every turn. I actually just checked my insurance and it is a PPO. So if she just would've double checked or asked me to check my card I probably would've made an appointment. Now I'll never call this place back again and based on my experience, I can't recommend it either. I hope you have better luck with this place.

I used to see Dr Mangal a couple years ago and when i tried to make an appointment the schedule department (call center) refuse to schedule my appointment with him and told me there is a new doctor and schedule the appointment with Dr Bobo. When i got to the appointment she told me I need to see Dr Mangal and I have to reschedule. So, I explained to her that the call center did not want to make the appointment with Dr. Mangal and they booked me with her. So my appointment was reschedule and also the test that was done that day was done incorrectly. The nurse moved the machine in the middle of the test and the result were faulty. I took the day off for no reason because nothing was done!!!! The office just charged the copayment and file a claim for nothing!! I've trying to call the office but nobody answers/return calls. The only number where people answer the phone is at the call center and when I complained to them, they told me I must call directly the local office. It is 5 months that I am trying to resolve this issue and there is not a number for corporate or nothing Please look for another reliable doctor/ company if you have a condition, these people are not there to help, their only interest is the money and nothing else!!!

We live in Tequesta a short distance from the PBG vision center now and have decided to never go back. Today I had a 12:30 appointment and I arrived ON TIME. I was scheduled to see Dr Lima for a follow up exam. After waiting TWO HOURS with ZERO COMMUNICATION from anyone in that office, I left and will never go back. Why should a doctor or business make you wait for more than two hours for an appointment they made with a patient. No-one in the office would give me any feedback and I left PISSED OFF and vowed NEVER to go back. They may be good doctors but their business acumen and persona suck. Service was not in their training manual obviously! I would recommend to ANYONE thinking of going to this group to be prepared to be treated in a very poor manner. How they stay in business is beyond me. I've been President or CEO of four different businesses in my 81 years being on Earth. I cannot recommend more strongly, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR EYECARE. I have now received another fraudulent bill. They have been harassing me with monthly billing and threats of a collection agency for fraudulent billing on their part. My Medicare Advantage plan has verbally and by mail advised them I am being billed incorrectly even sending them a cease and desist letter. I am now going to report them to Medicare for fraud. They know this is a fraudulent billing but will not stop. I feel sorry for the elderly patients being scammed and harrassed by this provider. I am now going to file a formal complaint with Medicare as this has to be brought to their attention. I have read reviews on this site and I am not the only one being harassed and threatened with collections. The billing department knows exactly what they are doing. Their billing practices are bordering on incessant and illegal. My insurance company has advised them repeatedly via both phone and a cease and desist letter that my balance due is $0. They continue to bill regardless and have now threatened an outside collection. They charge for procedures upfront regardless of insurance. To add insult to injury my right eye has double vision after cataract surgery. They tried to fix it and it was a fail. Taking advantage of senior citizens by billing regardless of the claim submitted even after being advised. Beware!
