Excellent pizza! About $27 for a large six topping pizza. Outdoor dining and laid back atmosphere. Worth a stop.

Finally a great breakfast spot in Christiansted. AMAZING FOOD! Best brewed coffee on the island…read more Great service, clean, and affordable. Don't waste your money at 40 Stand or Toast, a better alternative is here! I had the Cajun shrimp eggs benedict and it was incredible! My wife had the avocado toast- another amazing dish. We love good coffee and theirs was better than Starbucks. This is our new spot -Josephine's Brunch Spot!

I literally can cooks eggs and bacon for a month on a standard breakfast for 2 people at a restaurant. I don't even really like brunch. I think most places have the dishwasher cook brunch. I usually get dragged to brunch by my wife. Almost exclusively I'm disappointed. So your probably saying why the 5 stars. This is competently good food. For example you can usually judge a place by Caesar dressing. For those who haven't made Caesar it's pretty easy to make. But it's easier to slop some out of a jug made by Cisco. Not here it's the real thing. Properly prepared shrimp and grits. Delicious iced coffee. Naan Pizza. For the people the that have to have breakfast food the have all that. Eggs and bacon and whatnots. They really take pride in what the serve. The atmosphere is really nice. Air conditioned. They have beer, wine, and hard liquor. But so does the hardware store down here. So the next time you go to toast and there are 73 people in a space designed for 8, swing up the block to Josephine's. Who are you resist?

Rum Runners - American breakfast, with an extra side of eggs. Try Barons West Indian hot sauce. It's definitely more flavorful than hot.

The day was warm, so the waterfront boardwalk and balmy breezes on the open air patio set the tone for an enjoyable meal. Our server, Charlie, added to our enjoyment. He was personable, knowledgeable about the menu and pulled off the service with aplomb. He's a great ambassador. The four of us enjoyed entrees ranging from a Fish Sandwich to a Turkey Reuben, to a fresh salad, all of which were good. We added mixed drinks which were refreshing. We were never rushed as we enjoyed the view, the food and the pleasurable delight of great friends. I definitely recommend this Caribbean gem.

It came with a generous helping of hot French fries and 3 cold dill pickle slices. The restaurant has a large outdoor patio that offers excellent views of the ocean, with boats in the "bay." What made it more enjoyable was our attentive server Charlie who met our requests with a smile. The other diners in our party had no complaints; in fact, they raved about the French fries and said their entrees were fresh and delicious. Rum Runners also sports a full bar and a colorful decor. Prices are reasonable.

You have to past a gate guard, park, walk towards the office, cross a little bridge and take a little walk to get here. I had go call them to guide me in. Once you get here though, it is worth it. It has a nice set up with bar seating, an indoor dining area, and outdoor covered patio seating. It is a very low key spot that runs daily food specials. The staff there is very friendly. Even though the condos has a decent sized parking lot, I had difficulty finding a spot. I was able to get one though after someone had left. They have a full bar with televisions above it playing sports. The dining area overlooks the pool and the patio seating is along the condo's lake. It is very intimate and chill. Their menu is somewhat compact and includes pasta, steak, shrimp, fish, burgers and chicken. I ordered the the blackened salmon with mashed potatoes and a side of plantains. My meal also cam with a Caesar's salad and I got some lemonade to wash it all down. It took about 15 minutes. My salad was first. It was fresh and pretty good. The salmon was also delicious along with the potatoes. Come to think of it, the plantains were pretty good too. I really enjoyed my meal. I would just keep in mind though that drink refills are not free. I was not aware of that until after I got my bill. No biggie, I just wish I would have known before hand. Outside of that, my meal was thoroughly enjoyable and the atmosphere was amazing. I recommend checking this place out.
