What really stands out is how proactive and caring he is. Ian personally checks the equipment from time to time--pump, filter, heater, salt cell--and has caught small issues before they became big repairs. During rainy stretches and algae season, they adjust dosing and brushing so the water never turns. They've cleaned the salt cell, backwashed when needed, and even spotted a tiny air leak at the pump lid that they fixed the same day. a few years back i traded with pinch a penny pools in palm beach gardens fl . just about ever time…read morei went in i was told i needed chemicals, finally we had a diffierence of opinion about a $22.00 charge so i switched to pga pool supply in palm beach gardens. when i was dealing with pinch a penny i needed chmicals almost every time i had my pool i now trade with pga pools and my need for various chemical all the time went away. and my pool looks just as good now as it did when i was adding all the chemcalsi was told i needed before from pinch a penny. the conunter man at pga pool is bill he is always very helpfull and very knowable on pool maintenitance. i am now saving money and my pool looks very good without all the unnescessy chenmicals. i highly recommend pga pool and hope you get to meet bill, he will difinately help you and not waste your money. years ago pga pools did some repair worjk on my pool equipment and i found them to be very good and fair on thier prices. so i am sticking with pga pool supply they are fair and honest. within the next year or so i am going to need a replacement pump and filter system and i know that pga pool supply will be the people who supply and install the equipment i feel safe having them take care of my pool supplies and equipment. sorry for the upper case, i hit the cap lock key again, bad habit watching the keyboard not the monitor. someday maybe i will be able to type without looking at the keyboard, then again, i'm old, so maybe not. bobby b.

I've had four service companies work on my Hobe Sound pool; five if you count the fella with a felony warrant out of Ft. Pierce. None compare to Oasis Pool Solutions. This company does what they say they will do: First, they show up on the day they say they will at the same approximate time. (This is important just in case you've ever had one of your cleaners show up super late during a private evening pool rendezvous.) Then, they carefully check the chemistry numbers, balance the water chemicals, empty strainers/pump baskets, scrub tiles, and vacuum the bottom. Sometimes when our crew doesn't use the pool for a week, they test and only add a bit of cal hypo. But get this: they use the extra time to do a deep cleaning. Other times, I've had 40 or so of my closest friends over for a darty and for Oasis Pool Solutions, its just another sunny day in South Florida. Nothing phases them - they've seen it all and they make sure your pool is ready for tomorrow's darty! In the past, I've experienced everything from burned out pumps clogged with leaves and underwear, tadpoles, Petri dish water, filthy tiles coated with ???, overdue filter media, sand and toys swirling the floor drain, the occasional sunken wedding ring (and prolly marriage), and other miscellaneous leaking systems. Other companies always seem to cut corners trying to save money on chemicals or time... and it always shows. As you probably know, sometimes they don't even show up, but always seem to send the invoice on time. George's team came in and they will treat your pool as if it were their own. They have shown zero temptation to corral the floating bar for a bit of tequila sunrise or a gin fizzy. Don't laugh, it happens. When they are done servicing, they email you a picture of the clean and tidy pool which is very helpful if you operate multiple vacation rentals. They are thorough, conscientious, professional, on time, and fairly priced. Hopefully they service your party pool because they will be the last pool service / repair company you will need to hire.
