It was a lemon from day one or installed wrong. I had other garage door companies maintain and adjust it but it broke constantly. Probably spent the same amount repairing it than it cost. I've worked with many vendors throughout my reno and some were great and others were horrible like APlus. Will probably get a rude comment from the owner as some people just can't believe that they fail sometimes and don't have the customer service knowledge to make good.
