Have no idea what kind of work they do since they never showed up.

In January 2024, I purchased a garage door motor system that included a control panel, sensors,…read moreremotes, cables, bearings, weather seal, and other components for $1,000. In May 2024, I paid an additional $500 to have two new springs and bearings installed. As of October 2025, the sensors have failed and are no longer under warranty. I was charged $418 to replace them, despite the fact that similar sensors are available for around $50 at Home Depot. With a standard service fee of $40 and labor at $75 per hour, that means I was charged roughly $300 just for the sensors themselves -- a significant markup. Additionally, I was told that my springs and bearings need to be replaced again, at a cost of $705 -- even though they were newly installed just 17 months ago. These parts are also now out of warranty, and I did not purchase the company's expensive extended warranty. In my opinion, this company has significantly overcharged me, inflated the cost of parts, and delivered poor-quality workmanship.

After spending all day online and in the phone making numerous calls to them with no results Garage Door Revolution was my last phone call of the day. The moment Contessa answered the phone I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my story, answered my question and assured me that they could help me. Obviously, at this point I knew I could no longer trust the original company and they were not coming back to fix the problems. Dustin came out and went over the entire unit and the wiring that had been installed and said he could correct the many mistakes that had been made by the original installer. He did not pressure me or even try to sell me a different opener. I told him I wanted the other company's opener taken down so I could stop payment. The other company had charged me about $1000.00 more than Dustin quoted me and they had left all my old hardware, brackets and wiring in place. Dustin replaced everything with brand new product even though my husband told him he could leave the original brackets, explaining that the old ones were not right and would not stand the test of time. This company is nothing but professional, Honest and reliable!!! I would recommend them over any other company in town! The job was still not done and he had tightened, loosened, pounded on,T and jerryrigged so many things (including the springs) that the manager and another man came the next day and stayed 2 hours to fix the problems made by the first man. After they left, the garage door and the track were popping and cracking every time I put it up or down. I lubricated them and it seemed to get somewhat better. Two months later the door is very loud again and they sent Quick Garage repair to fix the problem. They fixed the problem that I had with the garage door screen, that runs in the same track, but said that I NEED NEW SPRINGS. The Cowtown guys, that put in my new garage door opener, had adjusted my springs when they were working on my door. Now the Quick Garage Repair guys, that were sent to fix the continuing problems, said that I need new springs and, at my request, would only adjust the springs that are there for $175+. The springs were fine when I got the new opener but they would not take responsibility to tweak the setting because it was not on the invoice, so not under warranty for repair. I could explain in more detail but it might take 3 days to read. This is the first time that I have written a negative review so believe me when I say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
