Great bridal shop in downtown Jupiter. Irene did an amazing job helping me find THE one! It is a smaller store, but we found many beautiful dresses. Would totally recommend this shop if you are looking for an elegant bridal dress! read more

I had been to 3 shops before this, and I came to this shop for a specific designer and dress that was shown on their website. (as I had now decided what style I wanted) Was informed that was a FEW seasons ago and she didn't have it or anything by that designer anymore. Explained my budget and what I was looking for and she told me and my bridal party to look at 2 specific racks because we would never be able to get anything from the custom styles in time for my wedding. (I have almost a year, so I believe she said this due to my budget) Girl helping us was very condescending about my desired style, and with every dress I tried on. My party and I felt very rushed and unwanted. I left feeling very dismissed and defeated. I definitely do not recommend unless you want rude, unfriendly, and a crappy experience. read more

Selection was limited and the lady assisting the appointment was very rude and judgy of style I wanted and kept putting me in other styles despite having been to other stores and knowing what I did and didn't like. Will be looking elsewhere read more

super Bridal store . we had an amazing time 3 years ago and today we are going back with our younger daughter and expect another amazing experience!! read more

Over Priced. Small. Rude. Best way to describe this place without throwing names. I suggest putting your money into a different spot.

Between this and locations in the area it seems to be a little underwhelming. Very small location. Basic designs overall. Would definitely recommend stopping at Pink Pedal or Molle Bridal before this spot. read more

East Coast Bridals is AMAZING! They have an incredible selection of dresses and gorgeous boutique. My mom and sisters live out of state so I booked an appointment to "look" by myself, not expecting to find a dress-- well, I ended up finding several that I LOVED. Knowing I was there alone, the stylists treated me like a best friend and helped me try on dresses and FaceTime my family with my top options-- they went above and beyond to make my experience so meaningful. They stylists knew what would look good on my body type and effectively and enthusiastically helped me pull dresses that would fit my body type, personality, and venue-- and then helped me narrow it down! They were genuinely invested in making sure I found my dream dress and found a way to include my family and it meant the world. Thank you so much East Coast Bridals!! read more

Wanted to make a regular appointment for a bridal dress. Apparently for 4-6 people is a VIP appointment(which was unclear anyway, besides ridiculous) which apparently includes a 'small gift' for the bride and non alcoholic drinks. this is $200.00, non- refundable! I asked is that so we don't cancel the appointment (which I could understand, they are running a business) but no! She said it's a 'special appointment! Immediately called Mollys Bridal who couldn't have been nicer and she was shocked as well! WOW! read more

This bridal store is amazing. Irene is wonderful and she truly listens to the bride. I would highly recommend shopping here for your bridal dress. read more

Irene is amazing!! From start to finish she provided phenomenal service, ensuring I was her top priority whenever I came into her shop. I had been to 2 other bridal shops before my appointment with East Coast Bridals and immediately noticed her talent and trusted that she would dress me in what looked best for my figure. She has by far the most unique, high fashion, and quality designer dresses that I have found in the process. The alteration process was also seamless and she worked magic literally to ensure my dress fit perfectly. I highly recommend for any special occasion gown and definitely for your wedding. Irene will take good care of you ;-) read more

We flew iinto Florida from Virginia to look at bridal gowns for my daughter. We made an appointment months ago for one o'clock. They changed the appointment to 1;30. They made us wait in 90 degree heat past 1:30 outside the doors of the store. No friendly greeting or kindness of any kind. We would NEVER purchase a dress from this establishment period! Rude, unfriendly and not at all accommodating. We left without trying on one dress. A hard NO FOR US. Oh, and we will want our money back! read more

Initially, Irene was awesome. Helping me pick my dress in less than half an hour. I left that same day making my first cash payment to her 9/2018. 30 days after my initial visit, i came by to make another cash payment and she couldn't find my order in her book at all, she finally just took my payment and I requested for a receipt. A week after she sent me a text saying my dress will come in on 02/02/19 and i Informed her she will have full payment by then. She calls me a week before Christmas saying I need to come by and get my dress off her rack! Assuming she just wanted me to try it on I took my friends w me and she embarrassed me by telling me I couldn't take home the dress because It wasn't paid in full, I didn't even want to take the dress home because I KNEW it wasn't paid in full.. After having purchased the dress and made a complete full and final payment, she kept on blowing me off. I contacted her at least 4 times requesting an appt time for alterations WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. She finally responded DAYS later stating she will be off to Chicago and she will contact me that Tuesday to sched an appt to do the alterations on the dress... THAT WAS Mar 8th she told me this, it's now April 20th and still have not heard from her and my wedding is on 5/5/19 which she is fully aware of..... Not to mention she had informed me that my sale had included free jewelry from her shop, still have yet to get those.......... HIGHLY HIGLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Once she's made the sale, BEWARE! SHE WILL GHOST YOU! read more

I really can not say enough about this bridal shop. I walked in slightly disappointed after my first dress appointment elsewhere and felt very confident walking in the door to East Coast. We were able to go through each dress and pick out what we thought we did or didn't want. After trying on several dresses, I left with the dress I would've made if I were to design my own. The customer service was top notch, I felt very comfortable and never rushed. The pricing was extremely fair and the selection was great for everyone. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for their gown! read more

Irene is amazing! I came in to see if she could salvage an online wedding dress purchase. She was willing to but after trying on some dresses and talking she found THE dress. She understand your style and what you want but is very personable and makes you feel like family. I can't wait to wear my dress. I absolutely love it. read more

I would be extremely careful shopping here. Our experience mirrors others as well. We shopped 7 months ahead of the wedding date Nov 2021. We were encouraged to buy off the rack. We were told that the dress my daughter selected could be altered to her size, BUT THEY NO LONGER DO ALTERATIONS THERE. Big red flag. The dress could not be altered. Lots of stress and wasted $$. They we're the only shop pushing off rack purchase. Bring a seamstress or go somewhere else. read more

Be very cautious. I was misled. Pushed to buy a dress 2 sizes too big. We were told it would be very easy to fix. It is not easy to alter, in fact it is impossible. I am now stuck with a $700 over priced dress I cannot wear to my daughters wedding. I had to go out and buy another dress. read more

I searched three other stores before finally falling in love with my gown here. The owner is not only experienced, but super sweet and not pushy at all. My experience was great after being frustrated at other "sales-y" stores. I live in Michigan and intend to fly down to have her do my alterations, too! That's how great she is! read more

I can't thank Irene enough! She is amazing. If you are looking to buy a wedding dress or get your dress altered I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is so patient and kind. Her work is fantastic. I'm truly blessed I found her because I bought my dress from another bridal shop and they sold me a dress that was a few sizes too big for me. I went to Irene in panic to help me get it altered to my size. She was able to get it alter it to my size without having to completely change my whole dress. If your looking for a bridal shop please make an appointment with her. I wish I would have originally went to her bridal shop, but in the end she saved the day! Like I said I can't thank her enough!!! read more

Irene is amazing and her dresses are top quality. She is kind, compassionate, and accommodating. My dress looks 10x the price that I paid. I highly recommend this business. They will roll out the red carpet for your visit. My day here was one of the best days of my life. Thank you Irene! read more

I have been to six bridal salons and Irene has been the most accommodating by far! She really cares about finding the perfect dress for the bride AND she has the ability to alter and customize the dress to exactly fit her needs. I have been back and forth between dresses and what I want and she has been so patient with me! She is a pleasure to work with! I cannot recommend her enough. She also has such a unique selection of BEAUTIFUL dresses! I'll definitely be back to shop special occasion dresses after my wedding! read more
