What is an absolute shame however is the sad pettiness of the shop folks, specifically the shorter red-headed woman. And if returning an item (fyi done well within their limited 14 day timeframe) which I had to do from a gift I received, the attitude and treatment is enough that I won't be returning. I literally felt like they thought I was somehow frauding them based on the way I was treated!
