With this in mind, I was pretty happy with the stay at this place. If you looking for bare bones & cheap this is it! It cost us about $45/night. The beds were not overly comfortable..but its was comfy enough to get a good nights rest before we hit the road. The showers were questionable. Luckily I didn't need to use them. All we were looking for was a place to crash on our road trip up North. This place hit the spot. They guys at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Yes the place has a sketchy feel to it, but it really was very safe. You get what you pay for, and even though this was on the lower end of the price, the accommodations were enough to get the rest we needed.

I took some time after paying for the room gathering belongings to bring in for the evening, I get to my room and the key doesn't work. After remedying the key issue, I go back to the room and the bed is filthy with stains all over the blankets. The bathroom floors have random bits of crumbs and grime. I literally slept naked because I was terrifyingly paranoid that this place had bed bugs. I was also not made aware of check out time upon checking in, which apparently was 11 am. Housekeeping came to the door 3 times within the 10 o'clock hour. And then received a phone call to the room from the front desk at 11:03 that "checkout time has passed" This place is gross, the staff is rude and uninformative. 0/10 would not recommend. I have stayed at many red roof inn hotels around the country because they allow dogs, but this place wasn't even fit for that. The Waffle House next door is cleaner.

Then last night, Kelvin (our driver) from Gary's showed up. He was punctual, friendly, and so helpful and made it his business to make sure we had a good time. He even called me early in the day to touch base, introduce himself, and ensure we had everything needed in advance. He was so awesome we even invited him back to the house after the bus to have birthday cake. If you need a party bus, this is your first option. But don't reserve it in February because I'll need to reserve them again. Thank you Marcus & Kelvin! Because of you guys my birthday was so special!!

Customer Service was excellent. The Box Office sold $25 wristbands daily. They moved the lines pretty quickly. Parking was effortless and I did not have to pay. The venue offers concessions and a Bar. They have a display of what is served daily for Concession. Mostly pizza, nachos, hot dogs etc. We decided to wait and get food while on our trip home. The lighting in the gymnasium needs to be replaced. The light fixtures have very low dim lighting. This was terrible when filming the event. My eyes were hurting after a while. I appreciated how clean the restrooms were and the overall venue was spacious and well ventilated with air conditioning and several fans placed on every court. Great planning . Kudos to the team.
