Love the Promenade shops and restaurants. They keep The…read morequality high and I enjoy all the places the shopping area has to offer. I love just walking through it . I will miss Stonewall Kitchen which has just left. I enjoyed that store a lot. I frequent massage envy for facials and massages. Alia for facials and Becki for massages. I hope I can get in now that I have recommended them. I love Burtons fantastic quality and menu and since I am gluten free it offers so much for me. I enjoy Ted Montana's a lot. I love their bison burgers, hot fries and the salmon dinner are my go to's . There are so many wonderful shops that offer great service. The JCrew factory outlet is fab. Hill is a staple for me. I appreciate the staff at Lense Crafters and get all my glasses there. So much to offer. It's a gem!

Could use more variety of stores. A lot of stores have left and their spaces were never filled so it looks a little bare. There are great restaurants in at Evergreen and that's why I primarily go here plus a few of my favorite stores. There's fire pits to sit around at night while eating Ben & Jerry's ice cream. During the holidays it is beautifully lit up. Depending on the store and their sakes, you could get great deals. I can't wait for The Gap Factory to come here! The stores also do a nice trick or treating event for the kids so it's a safe community for the children. The street parking front of stores is limited but they have plenty of of parking in the lots behind each establishment.

I've never had a worse customer service experience than I did at this Walmart. Several employees…read morewere dismissive and unprofessional, and what bothered me most was the way they treated certain customers differently. Their behavior came across as prejudiced and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable anywhere -- especially in a major retail store. Instead of helping or answering questions, the staff seemed more interested in mocking and stereotyping customers. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it was clear that respect and basic courtesy were not a priority here. Walmart needs to address this kind of conduct immediately. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, with professionalism and dignity -- not with bias or hostility. Until changes are made, I won't be returning to this location and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They need to stop hiring kids with the same ugly hair cuts.

I lost a receipt for a purchase and needed to get one for finances. I called and was told that the…read moreperson who can do that wasn't in, could I call back later. Sure. I called back and was put on hold for 25 minutes. Yes. I worked on other things while I waited. I hung up and called another department to speak with a Manager. 8 minutes passed before I hung up. So I went to Customer Service, and a young lady came out of an office, no smile, clearly I was interrupting whatever task she was doing. Asked what date. There's nothing here except these dates. She stated at me. No emotion whatsoever. I asked if this was the North Windham Walmart. Yes. Another person asked if it was the right card. I answered yes, it was my work card. A bit confused but I said thank you and left. I was a "Customer Service." I felt as if I was bothering her more than anything. I will not be returning.

This open-air shopping mall opened in 2004. The land used to be a farm with a barn that was built…read morein the 1700s; then eventually it became a golf course later on. There are approximately 45 stores and restaurants; there were plenty of parking and even a playground. I find myself here quite often so I figured I'd give it an update. It's a beautifully maintained shopping plaza that reminds me of Garden City in Cranston, RI. On a beautiful day, it's a great place to walk around. They also hosts special events throughout the year. I enjoy dining at Mercato, 110 Grill, Flatbread Pizza, Panera Bread, and Jefferson Fry Company. My kids love Barnes and Noble and Walter's Boundless Playground. If you need to do your grocery shopping, there is a Shop Rite. There are plenty of shopping that can be done at Kohl's, Old Navy, Dick's Sporting Goods and more. There is a new candy shop called The Nutmeg Sweet Shoppe. If you want to attend a cooking class, book a spot at Sur La Table. There are a variety of businesses and many more businesses are being added. It's located on Route 44 and going in and out of the place can be chaotic sometimes, but there are traffic lights. Overall, it's a great place to shop and dine.

This is a great plaza, despite the traffic leading up to it. Unfortunately this area is building…read moreup, adding more and more lights, more and more lanes, and sometimes getting in and out requires patience. Once you pull in, there's an immediate four way stop sign intersection that can require the most patience of all, because taking turns is an unknown concept to some people. But once you're in, there's a good distribution of restaurants to stores. Shop Rite, Panera Bread, Barnes and Noble, Ben & Jerry's, Kohls, Chipotle, the Paper Store.... A lot of these places have been around for years. When a shop does go out, a new one comes in pretty quickly. There is a lot of parking available, although some is further than others. Kohl's has a large lot to itself entering on the second floor. The holidays can get chaotic in all parking areas, so if you must join the fray be kind.
