Tried to upcharge us over $500 from their initial quote. We went with their service after getting quotes from other lawn care companies. Ty was prompt and came out to scope the work and provided an estimate that was mildly more affordable than the other company we were looking at. We do not live nearby and usually have a property management company that handles things but saw the positive reviews and decided to go with Ty. Huge mistake. He upcharged $390, and initially we said it would be fine after he explained he was not able to mow and needed to do additional work. He then tried to double charge to spray poison ivy which he had already included in the initial quote but then added again at the end, pushing the total far past what we had been quoted by the original company. They did a bait and switch with us and kept adding additional fees even after scoping the work. We will not be paying twice for spraying of poison ivy and would not recommend this company that tacks on additional fees past the quote they provide.
