I think you should know the truth about easipetcare in kettering.I took my bird there for his wings to be clipped and got told there is only one vet that does it so I assumed she was obviously an avian vet.she chucked a towel over him and took him out of the consulting room, I waited around 10 minutes and she came back in saying sorry he just died .apparently saying it's just one of them things ummm no it isn't, that would be like my dogs nails getting cut and him dyeing..it does not happen. Then I find out she isn't even an avian vet but apparently has studied birds! I was absolutely distraught he was my baby, he was young and healthy and now deadGod knows what she did to him out there but it is not right, the manager is supposed to ring but to no avail and they will not answer. The cheekiest thing is that, they are saying if I don't pay the £40 to get my bird back then I can't have himAre you for real, after you have just killed him??? I have written to the local papers got an appointment with citizens advice and I will be taking you to court..If my Rio was that stressed and she was any kind of vet she should not have even done it to him! Why would you do it if he is so stressed for god sakeI never got told there would be any risk I got told it was fine and he would be fine, and now he has gone. I have also found out from digging that someone took their mum cat and 3 kittens in to be done, not only did they m,ess all their stitches up, they left them in the carry boxes they came in uncovered while thjey got on with messing up another operation. Disgusting!! You can not get away with this, also found someone took their puppy there and paid for all the check ups, and they never even carried out the checks properly! My god that is a disgrace I love my animals more than anything in the world, and no animal should be mistreated like this! They won't even answer the phone so I can sort this out, I want my bird to be laid to rest , he should not have even died, and I should not be payingYou should be shut down!Alexandra MacDougall was the vet read more
