I've been using hearing aids for almost 40 years now. There are a lot of charlatans out there now, and it's just getting worse. The elderly, in particular, are being used because we need this help, and know nothing about it.
Scott is completely different!!! He knows his science/engineering/technology and has the bedside manner to back it up!
Example, after years without proper aids, a new brand said they'd fix my problem. They sent me to a local outlet that simply didn't listen. I returned the units the day after I got them.
Then, I found Scott. He did a through workup, and as I was leaving his office he said something behind me. I said I heard the noise, but I did not comprehend one word. He immediately said, go in the next room, took the units out of my ears and put a different brand in. It was like night and day. I could understand what he was saying.
Folks, we don't have a loss of hearing. We have a loss of understanding because we can't understand what people are trying to say to us due to our hearing loss. It's not a volume issue - it's the distinction of vowels and consonants.
Scott understands all of this; even more important, he's a straight shooter and has the qualifications & experience to get us back on our feet, avoiding dementia and a host of other aging/mental/brain degeneration issues.
I've seen the negative reviews here. Ignore them. None of us are perfect. Most important, Scott and his Team will give you the best. Take it from 40 years of experience.
God bless. See less read more
