My girlfriend did the mediumship reading with Carol Righton and had an amazing time. I tend to be pretty skeptical of mediums, but from meeting her and from my girlfriend's experience, there was 0 cold reading done and she knew specific things that only the deceased and my girlfriend knew. Carol seems to be the real deal. So if you want a real medium, she's the one. They also have singing bowls, incense/sage, books, yoga clothes and jewelry.

I didn't receive a humbling experience, definitely here's your bill how are you paying. Could use some help in the art of customer service along with increasing staff at peak times/festivals. On a side note, they have an abundance of puja items. As well as statues of deities, Malas, books...what have you. I was also taken back at the Buddha statues that they had. Very beautiful. The place is compact but is packed with an abundance of items. While waiting in line a statue of Lady Justice was behind the counter, it was stunning. There you have it variety at a puja store.
