Crystal & spiritual shop on India Street right in the heart of Little Italy. They have several locations through SD and North County. This store is a bit smaller than some of the others. They sell a large variety of crystal tumbles, crystal carvings, angel cards, and other items like crystal jewelry, sage, journals, incense, books, and more. The employees are generally helpful. The quality of crystals are decent but not the best. read more

Poor customer service and bad product sold. Purchased a bracelet for my husband. Three weeks later, the bracelet pull strings unraveled. I did not have my receipt but told them I could pull up my bank statement. (Pull string was not something we could reconstruct). It took us a few weeks to get back to this store, but once we did, we asked if they would be willing to do an exchange or store credit and they said no because it past two weeks and didn't have our receipt. When we came back to pick up the bracelet, we realized that they toyed with it, probably to "fix it" and actually made it worse. Given the type of store this is and the energy it is supposed to be giving off, this was a horrible display of customer service. If you want beautiful crystals in San Diego, integrity in customer service, and good energy accompanying it go visit Pacific Beads of Clairemont instead. Will not be supporting a store that sells poor products and then doesn't take ownership for the quality. read more

Couldn't be happier!! Excellent customer service from Hunter, who went above and beyond to help me today! My crystal collection is plentiful yet I find myself browsing here regularly, as they're constantly restocking and introducing new merchandise. Talk about surprise & delight, as I roamed around, I suddenly saw miniature dragon heads and immediately gravitated towards them! Each were in perfect condition -no cracks or chips. When asked if there were any more in back, Hunter checked their system and told me all the colors/crystals they carried. One of which hadn't reached this particular location yet. He cheerfully called each store and had them text pictures of their stock so I could choose the perfect one to add to my collection (I say collection because I bought 4 tonight, lol). Since each one is hand carved and every stone has its variations of colors and patterns, I was torn, and Hunter quickly offered a remedy for my indecision. Gotta love this kind of service!! If I were still hiring, I would definitely snatch him from this store! Can't wait to return next week, when my 5th dragon arrives!!!!! As for their prices, it's higher than some other shops in San Diego but considering their location (prime Little Italy) and higher rents, seems fair. read more

Really cute spot located in little Italy. They have everything you could need from crystals to sage to incense and cute jewelry. I got a couple packs of incense and 2 things of sage, my total came out to $18 which isnt crazy but feel like it couldve been cheaper since incense is usually cheap. Service was fine the girl working the front was nice and wrapped my items. I would definitely come back, wish they had medium sized sage bundles without flowers. read more

Two really nice women running this shop and visited with my friend while in town for a conference... The incense are STRONG like it seemed like they were cones or multiple scents all at once and it was intense. The selection is pretty amazing for the size and would strongly recommend staying for awhile to check out everything! Some items were a little pricey but I think comparable and small shop approved. They even have very cute boho clothes!! I didn't buy anything because what I wanted wouldn't travel well but they let me play the tongue drums and were available to answer all my questions! read more

I previously purchased through them back in 2021, I love my ring and bracelet I had bought and received various complements on them and decided to look them up to purchase again. While taking a shower the other day, I noticed the 'Throat Chakra Healing Symbol Silver Ring' starting to rust and turn my fingers green. Irritated and disappointed, I checked all the rings I had purchased to see if this was an ongoing trend and noticed the discoloration on both the 'Watermelon Tourmaline Silver' and 'Amethyst Silver' rings as well. Which are both listed on the site for $35.99, it's discouraging that the price does not reflect the quality of the items as they had a few years ago. I sent a follow-up email to the email listed with my order, with no follow up 24-72 hours later, and now I'm here letting everyone else know. Don't waste your time, as the quality, customer service, and product is no longer up to the standards that they once had been. The lady working there saw me going through the rack and said there were more sale items inside. She also suggested I try them on because some of the sizes might not be accurate.
