I love this store !!!! It's full of so many different items to choose from that a person (being me)…read moreof course could look for several hours !!!!! I found everything from some of my favorite books, to designer clothing. Oh and I can't forget the best find of all?? A couple years ago I really needed to find my dad a warm yet light weight coat. I had bought new one's and his last favorite was a dickies work coat and he wore it for 2 winters and it was shot. I searched for a new one then I tried used and still couldn't find the same one. I happened upon Outreach for Addiction Thrift Store and I found this amazing Eddie Bauer puffer light weight thinsulate zip up black coat. He was 85 at the time and didn't like a lot of weight on him, but needed the warmth. So for less than $5 I ended up with an amazing coat for my wonderful dad and many other favorites for me and the whole family. I also found a couple books I had not been able to find out on the thrift book sales or even the library book sales. I found 2 there I was pleased to have found. Thanks for all your hard work and I'm going to call to ask about volunteering a couple days during the week or as much as I can. I also have some donations if your taking thanks again V. Pippin

They have Wags to Riches merchandise in one corner of the store just to support the business. Overall, I was truly not impressed with the store selection since it was pretty Bare Bones. There was plentiful parking around the building. Staff here was pretty friendly as well. This place has a dressing room as well if you want to try on some products. This store has no selection of men's clothing or apparel at all whatsoever. There are no public restrooms here either just to forewarn you before entering. Overall, I was more so unimpressed with the store than anything unfortunately.

They also stated something about the person working at the time was really rude to her the entire time she was there. I didn't pay much mind to it at the time because I haven't really shopped at Annie's much. But recently I was in town visiting family and I went in there to look for a few things to get my sister for her birthday. Take in mind I live out of state and haven't been to that store since it opened. So these people have probably never seen my face and know nothing about me. But they decided to treat me like I'm some drug addict that comes in there every day and steals from them. I felt like the woman followed me the whole time I was there. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Even as I checked out she basically stuck her nose at me. I even tried to make conversation with her thinking maybe I might have been misjudging. But she wouldn't say a single word. Not even a thank you as I left. I found a lot of nice things in there that I probably would have purchased if I was treated with a little more kindness. But just because I didn't come in your store dressed as fancy as her she decided that it's ok if she treats me like I'm nothing to the world. I'm an ER nurse. I don't get many days off and sometimes I don't feel like wasting hours in the bathroom getting ready on the very few days I do get off. And I had just worked a 9 hour shift and drove almost 5 hours from ohio to Kentucky that same day. Kind of seems like they act they are better than everyone because they sell other people's used overly priced name brand stuff. If anyone that works there sees this post someone needs to suggest that your all's employees take a class on how to treat people equally. Just because someone looks like that they MIGHT be a bad person doesn't always mean they are! Treating customers like that bad will cause you to lose a lot of business. Im going to donate you all a sign to remind you "don't judge a book by its cover" every time you see it. Because if you keep treating people like that you aren't gonna have enough business to be able to afford one.
