C2 Education of Katy is an excellent place for tutoring in all K-12 subjects and SAT/ACT test…read morepreparation. What I enjoy most about this place is that the tutors, management, and staff have a real interest in the growth and development of the students. They absolutely can help you prepare for that Algebra test coming up. But they also help you "learn how to learn". They prepare you with the skills and confidence to not only ace that test today but to also build upon that success tomorrow, so that you can reach even higher goals in the future.

Biggest reason this school thrives is because of the care but care is a reflection of management…read more If I would have known about Dani Hoatson earlier I would have had my daughter in Goddard as well. She creates an environment that is unseen in the Cinco and Katy preschool / Montessori school circuit. These decisions of where to put your child to give them the best opportunity in Katy ISD are daunting. But now I don't have a single worry when I drop my son off. I know that every day he walks through those doors and every afternoon that I pick him up he will have grown and felt cared for and loved. As a parent it's the only hope we can have. I can't recommend this school enough.

Parents, read this before you consider Brain Balance…read more My experience with Brain Balance specifically with Frank Amuto, was stressful, dehumanizing, and completely unacceptable. I chose to cancel after realizing the program is not covered by insurance and is not recognized as evidence-based care by insurers or standard clinical pathways. That was not made clear upfront, and it should have been before any financial commitment. What followed was worse. After cancelling, I was given information about my financing and the bank that did not match what the bank later confirmed directly. There was constant back and forth, conflicting information, and I was being pressured about money I did not owe. At one point, I was told that if I did not pay additional money, I would not receive my financing back. Let that sink in. Frank Amato's behavior escalated the situation. His communication was rude, dismissive, and condescending. He crossed a personal line by questioning my judgment as a parent, including making comments about why I chose to have a child with my child's father. That is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Nothing was resolved until I escalated and brought the bank directly into the conversation to force transparency. Only then did the information finally align, the refund get processed, and the loan get closed. This entire experience created real fear around my finances and my credit -- something no parent should have to deal with, especially while caring for a child with ADHD. For clarity, my child is now doing well and receiving therapy that is evidence-based and covered by insurance. Be extremely careful. Verify everything directly with your lender. Get everything in writing. Do not rely on verbal assurances.

To the person that gave a low rating after paying for the assessment. I will say that at least they were honest and did not have you paying for a program that would not provide you with any benefits. Advise for those looking to enroll in the program ask the following questions to assist you with the rates (it is not cheap), nor is medication. 1 - Ask if the assessment fee be applied toward the program cost if it is determined the program is a good fit 2 - Are there any discounts you can offer you? We were able to save 1500.00 off the program as to they stated there was a beginning of the school year special 3 - If you pay in full is there a discount? We were able to save an additional 10% on the program as well. Also, I have seen some centers offer specials of $85 for the assessment or even a Groupon for them. See if they will work with you because your child is worth it!

We officially been here for almost 2 months now. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say…read moreabout the staff, the director, and the owner. My daughter calls it her school and most days would choose to stay at school when I pick her up if I let her because she's having so much fun. The teachers are very interactive with the kids. It is very obvious when you walk in that the environment is built for the kids. They offer an abundance of additional activities for the kids. An added bonus is it has the small town feel with the support of the franchise for curriculum and foundation. Prior to enrolling my child here I wasn't sure about franchise daycare but just meeting the sisters that own this facility was enough to change my mind. They are mothers too and know the struggles of leaving your child in someone else's care. They've been there sun up to sun down to ensure our children have the best experiences. I look forward to what my child will continue to learn over the coming years at this fabulous establishment. It's truly a blessing to have such wonderful staff care for my child day in and day out.
