I had a very pleasant experience at Earle Funeral Home. They were compassionate, transparent about pricing, and very trustworthy.

The staff at Earle Funeral Home are professional and go beyond 5stars every time I've used their services.

If zero starts was an option that would be more accurate…read more My father tragically died on 10/5/22 while traveling overseas with his wife Annette. After a month of working with a Dutch funeral home and the travel insurance company we were finally able to get clearance for his remains to be repatriated. He was scheduled to arrive today Sunday, 11/6/22 at 3:19 PM. After which we were guaranteed (in writing) by both the travel insurance company and Ms Bradley that her funeral home would pick up his urn at Cargo City and deliver them to his wife later today. Instead they no showed and when contacted Ms Bradley was verbally abusive toward a grieving widow stating if she really cared for her husband she would have brought his remains home with her (which is not possible due to repatriation laws). She went on to say she was too busy, didn't have a driver and is unsure when she will be able to complete the pick up. Throughout the conversation she revictimized my father's wife by saying very hurtful things to a woman already traumatized after performing failed CPR on her dying husband and desperately wanting her husband 's ashes home. I am completely appalled by Ms Bradley's behavior. We are all allowed a bad day every now and then but she went out of her way to be downright cruel to a suffering widow. She should be embarrassed that rather than providing the expected service in a compassionate and timely way, she acted like a bully. She should in no way be allowed to continue in this line of work.
