Warm, funny, sarcastic and most of all; genuine (real). I explained my plight and was told to come right over. I park, go in and you just get this vibe from Jessica and the other wonderful lady (name unknown) upon entry. No, "here is the paperwork we will be right with you" but, "coffee, water or anything else we can get you". Just an amazing initial impression that that to me is the most important. I met with the Owner (Mr. Kent) and his son, Bill. Bill; I hit it off with right away. Down to earth and absolutely NO BS. Mr. Kent; I adore. No pushy sales nonsense. No unrealistic promises. No up selling AT ALL! If you don't NEED it, he won't ALLOW you to buy it. Your needs come first and foremost. Trust me; this guy, (Mr. Kent) could sell you the Verrazano Bridge but instead he LISTENS to what you need and throughly goes over WHAT you need. I asked so many questions and he not once made me feel like a bother. There are A LOT of places to go for hearing aids these days but there is only one place that will give you the attention and care you want and mostly; deserve. Your ears are yours; take care of them and only allow the best to do what they do best. You aren't in business for 34 years because you are doing something wrong. My mother has Dementia and had damaged her hearing aides recently. I can't describe how much more difficult it is to manage a dementia patient who cannot hear. Unfortunately, the location that I used to bring her to has closed, so we went to this Port Washington location. When I explained what had happened to Jody and Dr. Sophia, they informed me that my mothers insurance was no longer accepted by the organization, but they still wanted to help me given the difficult circumstances. This isn't just great customer service this is incredible human kindness. They repaired my mothers hearing aides while we chatted and shared pleasant conversation. I didn't even know that she was repairing the units while we were talking. I thought she was prepping them to be shipped for warranty repair/replacement. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated this kind and helpful gesture. All I can say is no customer service program will deliver this type of care, without wonderful, caring, human beings delivering it. Thank you ladies, our neighbors will no longer being disturbed by my mothers TV and it was truly a pleasure sharing time with you. I HIGHLY recommend this business and location.
