I sort out help for tinnitus that I started to experience eight months prior to my visit with Dr. Wolf. She told me that she could help me and she did! I have been suffering from high frequency hearing loss for many years. Dr Wolf suggested I try hearing aids. I of course was apprehensive at the idea, but was pleased at what I could hear once I tried them out. I highly recommend Dr Wolf. She is a professional that knows her field extremely well and will take the time to make sure you are satisfied.

I scouted out several different Audiologists and finally found one that was concerned about me, not just selling an aid or two. Dr. Seferian diagnosed my hearing issues with a great exam and showed me why I was not hearing well and gave me all the options. I knew I needed help and ordered a digital noise canceling hearing system. WOW this was life changing. Maybe I am hearing too much? Well now after two weeks of having fully corrected hearing I am beyond happy. Very professional Doctors, and staff. No pressure. Quality options like my iPhone is used with my aids with blue tooth, to field calls and I love it! So you have a choice of buying from a chain or big box store or being treated like a person. These people are very aggressive in trying to collect $25 for "missed" appointments even when the…read moreappointment was cancelled in advance. Which it was. On the other hand they have zero issues changing appoints sometimes multiple times up until the night before a morning appointment the next day. The final straw was when I was in the office waiting to see a doctor and was informed that I could not see him unless I signed a paper acknowledging that I "owed" them $25 for the missed appointment. When making the appointment I had explained in advance on the phone that I was disputing that charge and the person making the new appointment stated that a new appointment had nothing to do with the disputed charge. Until I showed up and they wanted the visit to be conditional on my signing that paper. If the point of that little exercise was to inflict a missed appointment on me because they believe that I did that to them then count me as inflicted.

After multiple calls trying to even get an appointment, I finally got one. Then, they canceled my…read moreappointment without rescheduling. I called and called but didn't get connected, so I physically went into the office to try to get an appointment. They told me to just keep calling the main number. When I finally went in for my appointment, I waited for over TWO HOURS to be seen. While sitting there, I noticed the front desk staff just lets the phone ring and ring in the office and would not pick it up. Additionally, they don't care about their patients time. They told me "Dr. Baron is on schedule" but then I also overheard a the nurse saying "lunch is here," and "but he gets his own special meal." So the doctor was enjoying lunch in the back room while I am now late for work. While in the examination room, the doctor doesn't type into the computer himself. He asked his assistant to Google my symptoms. I could have done that myself. I believe AI could help, but he was grasping at straws for answers. Then his conversation got political. I see why patients have to wait forever to be seen. He got on his soapbox and launched into a lengthy diatribe. Nobody asked!! Do better, patients are seeking you out to get actual help.

We tried calling the doctor for a full week and never received a response. The office staff had. I answers as to why he didn't return our calls. When he finally responded (6 days later) he proceeded to tell us that he "was away" and "he has ten reports that are ahead of ours". He was rude and didn't care that our lives had just changed forever. We went to memorial Sloan Kettering recently and they are absolutely fantastic. I have never written a review if anything before but i am so upset by his treatment that i want everyone to know that there are lots of choices of doctors. Dr Rosner will never be our choice again.

Dr. Horioglu did a great surgery and I no longer suffer from sinus infections. Dr. Rosner is an excellent doctor and is also compassionate and truly cares about his patients.
