I am not one to write reviews but my experience with Dr. Heather Dukes deserves one. I visited Dr…read more Dukes in August of 2021 for back pain from a prior accident, seeking x rays and a diagnosis. Initially, Dr. Dukes was very friendly and we started to go over my prior medical history before we went over the x ray results. She asked me a question regarding the Covid-19 vaccine, which I have not received. When Dr. Dukes became aware of me being unvaccinated, she got up, opened the door, and stood in the hallway. Her friendly personality did a 180 and she began to bash me, saying "You're the reason why so many people are dying", "its all because of people like you", "I will not sign you up for in person therapy since you are unvaccinated" and much more. Keep in mind that we were both wearing n95 masks the entire time. After arguing through the doorway for a few minutes, she closed the door and sent in an assistant to reschedule the meeting via Zoom. I declined and made my out of the office. This was, by far, the least professional interaction I've had with anyone in my life. Would never recommend anyone to Dr. Heather Dukes or her office.

But, the hearing part was the part I wanted, so I came here for the hearing aid. The test and my conversation with the doc made it pretty clear that yes, a hearing aid would be helpful for me. She was very knowledgeable and could answer questions about my unusual situation that I didn't know the right words to ask. Then when it came time to get the hearing aid, it was a very easy process. When it came in and I tried it out for the first time, then when I came in for the first follow up, they answered all of my questions, even before I asked them. Everyone is very kind, personable, and helpful.
