It was hard for them not to have a functioning opener, but this company made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The technician actually drove all the way from Mammoth Lakes to the San Fernando Valley just to help them out. He installed a brand-new motor and even replaced the metal plates that help guide the garage door when it opens and closes. He also made sure everything was adjusted properly and that the paint and finish looked clean--honestly, the door now looks and works like new. He was kind, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to others.
