It was hard for them not to have a functioning opener, but this company made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The technician actually drove all the way from Mammoth Lakes to the San Fernando Valley just to help them out. He installed a brand-new motor and even replaced the metal plates that help guide the garage door when it opens and closes. He also made sure everything was adjusted properly and that the paint and finish looked clean--honestly, the door now looks and works like new. He was kind, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to others. I highly recommend Eastern Sierra Door Co for their professionalism, quality of work, and dedication to their customers. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to reach out to me--I'd be happy to share more about our experience.

After calling just about every service provider in the area, I found most places were very slow to respond--and many won't return a call at all. Apparently demand outpaces supply in this area, and it really shows. Jake at Baldwin was the first person to get back to me. He took a lot of time to truly understand the project, and I never felt rushed even though I'm sure everyone at Baldwin was quite busy. By the time even our first call was over, I had a far great understanding of what was needed in terms of the technical requirements of the hardware (heater models, wiring, etc), the installation itself, and the overall process (estimate, install, inspection, etc.). As a result, I was much more confident about the next steps and we followed up from there. Jake's response showed an impressive level of professionalism. I greatly appreciated hist effort to understand and communicate with me about the project. It speaks very highly of Baldwin as a company.

We have been going to Mammoth as a group of 4 for the past 13 years. Usually it's every January due…read moreto the federal holiday and sometimes in the summer. This trip was the worst experience we have had thus far with any rental in any place we have been. To begin our nightmare vacation we entered a home that smelled completely of garlic and onions. Had to air out the entire house for a few hours and the smell still lingered. Every thermostat is set to 55 degrees and saved so we would turn on the heater and then it would go back to 55. The first night we had to wake up every hour to reset the thermostat to heat us up. The sheets in this establishment were stained. Were the cleaned yet stained I don't know but both the downstairs and upstairs had dirty sheets. The sheets your company uses are 5 dollars at most. Put a few as back up when you cheap out on the cleaning and they don't notice the dirty sheets so we can change them ourselves. The entire place has stickers saying to use the 5G WiFi option. That WiFi did not work the entirety of the vacation. Sometimes it would work upstairs but never downstairs. So we had to resort to the regular one with the same password but it would give a warning of low security. We called and William answered the next day letting him know the sheets were dirty and the nest issue and the no WiFi. He says "yeah the WiFi is definitely bad" then why you offering it? He then said "you said the sheets are dirty and I don't know what that means". THE SHEETS ARE NOT CLEAN is what it means. You can provide CLEAN or DIRTY sheets there is no in between. So when I say the SHEETS ARE DIRTY it means you need to change them. He had the driest tone and then when I called him out on it he tells me "I didn't raise my voice". Sorry buddy you don't need to raise your voice to show you think you're talking down on your guests. Overall a horrible experience and I will make sure we never rent a property where the owners are cheap enough to pick this establishment as there management service. 0 stars if I could. Shame on you as the owner for treating your guests this way. Pictures attached of what DIRTY SHEETS mean. Or just look up the definition of DIRTY in the dictionary so you don't belittle your guests next time.
