Before my sweet baby boy started to attened this foul school, there was joy in our lifves. As I drove hm to his first day of 6th grade, I felt hope bloom in my chest. But as I watched him walk to the front doors, I knew my lifve would never be the same. This first day at school was horrible for my little tater tot. As soon as he entered the school, he was snatched from his friends by a women who goes by Amy Hamiltion. This women exerts her control over the 6th grade class with a iron fist, a iron fist that she then uses to smash down their indiviuality. When my beloved little boo tried to make a good impression on his first day by trying to be himself, a women by the name of Erika Patino said that no, he couldn't wear a speedo in the building. He also is not allowed to hug random people in the building. As has been mentioned in several other reviews, Mrs. Patino does happen to play a cowbell with such gusto that she nearly blew out my widdle boy's ear drums. It doesnt end there. As a single mom at the age of 25, I was judged by many teachers who thought I was his sister. They even tried to pretend I was a student to fuel their endless gaslighting agendas. Because I am unemployed, I couldn';t give my son a nice homeade lunch. At his first day of school, he bit into a breaded chicken sandwhich-better described at roadkill. He was diagnosed with food poisining, simply because it was raw. That day, I pulled hm from the public school system and now he is homeschooled by yours truly, when I have a break from pouring over the bills. Hey yall, my daughter had the worst experience of her life at this damn school. On the first day of school, she was icolated from her childhood friends because they split the children into 3 different groups by color. These groups decided whose classes you will be attending and with what people. Everybody had the same set of people for each of their classes and can't switch them out even if you talk to a guidence counceler about it. She was barely able to see any of her friends all day, and didn't have any classes with them whatsoever. My baby came home in tears because her teachers said it would be permanent through all three grades. She told me that they only have 3 minutes to get to their assigned classes or else these poor kids were marked tardy. Three tardys gets you a lunch clean up detention. From my experience, it takes about 10-15 minutes to go to the bathroom, gather my things from my locker, maybe fill up my water bottle, catch up with my friends, and walk all the way over to my next class, so these compeletely unfair and unrealistic expectaions that they've set for middle school students.They also aren't allowed backpacks of any kind outside of their lockers, or big bags to carry their belonings in, so there's no alternative. Even if your locker is on the other side of the school building. And they are wondering why they always yell at kids in the halways for running? The childeren aren't allowed outside to eat, and the lunch line stretches all the way down their long ass hallways, so their 15 minute time span to eat before they are rushed outside for another 15 minutes ain't going to cut it folks! My baby told me that she didn't have any time to eat because she was twards the end of the lunch line. All at fault of a Mrs. Patino holding the class longer than she should have. She also mentioned the chicken sandwitch that she bought was pink on the inside! She had to eat soggy apple slices for lunch because this school couldn't provide a safe and healthy meal for her. She mentioned that there was a scene between two young boys in the hallway. She said, "They were throwing hands over a food fight that escalated in the hallways mama!" I was mortified. My mama bear instincts took my ass right to the front office to have a chat with someone in charge. I spoke to the lady at the desk and she made me seem like I was crazy, gaslighting and screaming at me like a damn banshee! She could have discissed it in a kindly manner and appologized, but instead she just went crazy on me! But it gets worse. My poor baby went to school the next day and low and behold, That Mrs. Patino gal shows up hollering in the room full of kids dinging a cow bell all up in their faces, hurting their ears the minute they step out of their classroom to get to their next period class. This is considered assult against the children and is not respectful to children with special needs. The same day, my daughter informed me that some boys were picking on her for wearing her favorite pink poca dot pants. When she told an adult, they said "well, boys will be boys, it's probably because they like you". The utter disgust that brought me too my feet when I heard this. No one should be sending that message to poor girls at school. She came home crying and her floor scattered with clippings of her favorite pants. Her world was shattered and I saw it right before my eyes. I can't beleive this She even later informed me that she got in trouble for hugging her best friend because in this school, they don't allow physical touch of any kind. Not even a damn high five. sometimes the school is nice but the bullying and fights still aren't monitored enough to be stopped. The kids there are rude and make the staff's life very difficult if the staff doesn't show dominance and the punishments at this school aren't as harsh as some need to be. The school's food is clearly a little bit unsanitary and a little weird looking sometimes and has caused sicknesses constantly. Students break the dress code all the time and have been caught vaping in bathrooms. I didn't have too much of a hard time there but (most students) are disrespectful and rude and the poor teachers are so worn out and nice that they have to be rude back but then the students just hit harder so if your thinking about going to this school i suggest you come prepared. read more

hey yall, mom of two here, both my kids went here last year and started their year out in the 6th grade building. well first the two were separat'd into these rooms called "pods" and were assorted different colors, one of my daughters was in the "silver" pod and my other daughter was in the "burgundy" pod. they didn't see eachother all day, not once, not until lunch. can yall believe what these teachers are doin to these poor kids? god bless us all. my oldest daughter said how she had all of her regular classes, she had her maths, english, science and history classes, she then said she had these extra fun classes called "exploritories". i didn't know what the hell she was talking about so i asked her, she said there was a bunch of extra classes the kids could take and the 6th grade had them for the last two classes of the day, 7th graders had them in the middle of the day, and 8th graders had them in the morning, why not just combine all the classes? anyways my daughter said she had a class called "world cultures and cuisine" class. she said it was cooking, i thought oh how fun, until she explained how in the class the teacher didn't care much for the students and would pick favorites, how selfish of her. my other daughter said her first exploratory class was "woodshop", my husband chirped in n' said he had that class when he was in highschool, she said the teacher was and i quote "super creepy and didn't like the kids much". then damn teachers these days. i can't believe how selfish the teachers are. read more

If you come to EagleView there are things you should know. The teachers are nice. There are fights in the hallways sometimes. The food is the worst. People had guns and took drugs. I love the music teacher 5 stars for that. read more

It is a good school but the reason it is 4 star is terrible food, but the classrooms are all pretty nice, good teachers. Just a good school.
