I'm so happy with how the tree turned out. It took more hours of painting than I expected, but the team there was good about giving me instructions. They play music and I saw people of all ages painting different projects. You have to plan ahead a few weeks for when you need your items to be ready, as it takes time for them to pour the molds, dry them, for you to paint, and then wait for kiln firing and cooling especially during the busy holiday season. I love the tree's vintage charm and they've got a lot of other things you can paint at all price ranges.

I was looking for something in particular, so I called to ask if they had any of the item I described. The young man I spoke to (Patrick) was very friendly and told me they had "a lot" of them. I drove up there from Byron and the selection and price ranges were amazing! I found exactly what I was looking for at an extremely affordable price! While I was there, I asked about rhodium plating for my white gold rings that I have done periodically. They gave me the price (again, VERY reasonable) and then proceeded to tell me that they do the plating IN-HOUSE! All these years I've been sending my rings out and waiting days or even weeks to get them back! They told me it would be just a day or two and I was blown away! I immediately took my rings off and asked them to please plate them! When Dallas and Jennie realized that I was having three rings done, Dallas told me that if I had some errands to run and could come back in a couple of hours, she would have them all done for me! (This also included sizing up the ring I purchased there a half size.) I was absolutely stunned. Folks, this is what true Customer Service looks like!
