This is huge, to me, because every other place I've ever rented from has required paper checks, which is inconvenient to someone with a busy schedule, such as myself. I had no idea who she was. She very arrogantly said "I'm the regional manager Smokey answers to me!" Come to find out, both dogs were on leashes and her dog lunged at my black lab first. My dog reacted like dogs do attempted to protect my 12 year old son. When I confronted her about the discrepancy in her story I got crickets and a blank stare. Several days later she called animal control. He stated her report was odd but he was following up on it. He stated the dogs were being dogs and there was nothing he could do. He stated I did absolutely nothing wrong and he had no idea her dog lunged at my dog. She has the audacity to call animal control, unreal. Then her children started harassing my children as they ride the same bus. They told my kids that our dog killed their dog. I tried to get a hold of her supervisor and nobody would call me back. Ever. Still haven't gotten a call and it's 6 months later. Next, their plowing crew plowed my car in. I couldn't get to work and had to get a ride because they refused to unplow my car. Several hours later around 11am they had it unplowed. The final straw for me is over parking. You have to pay 15.00 for one car with no spots by my apartment. I literally have walked an entire city block to get to my front door. I went to management and spoke to Chelsea. She very rudely stated if you don't like it you can move out. This is the same woman with the dog incident. Not only do the managers live in the building they take up multiple spots and they have garages! If this place isn't full with tenants it is because of Chelsea. She is the most unhelpful and unfriendly person I have ever dealt with! These are supposed to be luxury apartments. They aren't. She treats you like scum on the bottom of her shoe. Don't move here you will regret it. Took weeks to fix my dishwasher and my washing machine! Horrible place to live. Chelsea needs customer service training and needs to be humbled a bit. I am a customer and she needs to remember that. Attached find the picture of my car literally plowed in. ( management told me was a maintenance issue). here it is a holiday and kitchen sink clogged, seriously! 2 - all units have ada kitchen sinks. maybe 6" deep. law states a percentage of units comply with ADA , not all. 3 - cheap outdated 2 cm granite. ugly! 4 - refrigerator with ice maker, however no water line. 5 - black appliances. Whoever did design on units failed!

like all property management companies, this one is no different, greedy!…read moremy rent was $750 when this company took over, at first they sounded good but right out the start, rent goes up and i was informed it would be going up to $875 they said it was market value for a two bedroom apartment with a detached garage. ya, right, maybe for a new apartment which they rent their brand new two bedrooms for $899 (new apartment, everything is brand new). my current apartment is 40 years old, original gas filled windows with no gas, rug is in need of replacement, new paint and flooring and new appliances. now if market value on a new apartment is $899 why do they seem to think they can get that for a 40 year old apartment in need of major repair and upgrade. well they just market valued this tenant right into another company, not like they will be any better but cheaper
