My plan was to live in…read moremy truck, but I wanted ready access to my stuff whenever I was in town, so I connected with MVP Safe Storage to rent some climate controlled units.  The owners, Betty and AJ, are AMAZING. They are the sweetest, most helpful people. They have been nothing but kind, flexible, accommodating, and wonderful to me. They seem to have a somewhat big presence in the area, and from what I can tell, they are all of the above-mentioned attributes to everyone else as well. Simply put, they are the best part of Grandview. In addition to their secure, video-monitored, climate-controlled, indoor storage rooms, they have several other storage options and locations around town for your other needs. They have outdoor access (drive-up) units, garages you can rent to store vehicles you wish to protect from the elements, and they also offer over-sized vehicle storage for boats, RVs, etc...  I did not stay with the Grandview-based trucking company, which makes access to my storage no longer convenient for me, but I have chosen to keep my units there anyway because of how lovely this company and this family is. I absolutely recommend them for all of your storage needs.

The…read morepark is beautiful, well maintained and convenient to the highway without having the highway noise. Check-in was quick and simple as they told me were the last reservation they had for that day. We went to our site and after more than an hour of diagnosis I determined the power pedestal had a bad ground. I called two different numbers found on the website to request a different site and the calls went to voicemail. I left a message and walked to the front desk with the same request. They had gone home for the day. I found a different number on the front door and called that number and the person that answered informed me it was an answering service. I told them the problem and they said they would call maintenance. The temperature at that time was 92 degrees and my coach was getting quite hot inside. I informed them I was moving to a different site and they said I couldn't do so because someone may have that site reserved. I told her I was moving anyway. I had already been told I was the last to arrive that day. I later received a text message informing me that maintenance was not coming and it was okay to move, however in the future I shouldn't move without permission. Never once in any of these exchanges did anyone apologize for the failure on their part. That's why I rated the customer service so poorly.
