The agent at the airport rental center quickly explained that often times deal aggregate sites do this to get the lowest rate. He immediately checked if there were any vehicles available for rent (many of the other companies were sold out) and when there were, matched the rate I was given at the other rental center. They finished the paperwork very quickly, asked me about optional addons but did not hassle me when I said no, and had a representative show me to my car (which was an upgrade to standard as they didn't have any intermediate cars left). She walked the vehicle with me and noted that there were already a few scratches without me having to point them out to her. The return experience was super easy and quick and all in all, my experience with Enterprise was beyond exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

When I arrived, I was told they don't have any full size cars right now and instead the employee offered a mid size SUV. I was offered a Toyota RAV4, I wasn't impressed, I asked for other make SUVs but the other Enterprise employees were giving out the remaining cars like hot potatoes that the lot was left empty within 15 minutes. I ended up with the RAV4 and when I drove off it was one of the worst cars I've ever rented. The rear axle had a loud buzzing noise at any speed and I had that noise for 4 days. So beware, Enterprise Denver office is totally chaotic and don't even expect to get the car you book on their website. Very misleading.

We did a little poking around on the net and came across Tourbikes.com. Neither of us wanted the typical loud Harley, we wanted something more geared toward a sport touring bike. Tourbikes.com fit the bill. They have several different styles of BMW along with a Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, a Suzuki, and a Can Am Spyder. The rental includes, helmet/helmets, raingear, tour bags for the bike, and optinoal GPS for a minimal charge. Bill, the owner, takes care of the motorcycles and keeps them in tip top running condition. We rented the BMW F650GS Twin, which wasn't the nicest bike he had but it suited our needs just fine. The hand warmers were wonderful for the night ride and trips to the summits. I weigh in at 220, plus had another 50 or 60 lbs of gear, 6'-1" and the bike handled beautifully. If you are shorter, say 5'-5" the bike is a little difficult to mount and dismount but once you are on it you should still be able to comfortably touch the ground. It had plenty of power for the mountains. But enough about the bike and more about the business. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable about not only the bikes but where to go and what to see in Colorado. The only downside that I could ever find is that you need to call about a 1/2 hour ahead to meet up with him at the store. This is such a miniscule inconvenience I almost did not mention it. But that is what Yelp is for, to get all of the details on a business. Do not let this small detail deter you from renting here!!! You WILL NOT be dissapointed. The prices were about the same if not just slightly cheaper than the other business we checked. I am betting though that if you go to one of the other larger rental shops that you could be stanging around waiting your turn to get on the bike and ride. Not here! We were in and out in just a few minutes. NOT THAT I SUGGEST DOING THIS but I was able to contact Bill late in the night to ask a few questions about renting the bikes. I believe it was 8 or 8:30. Anyway, he was extremely easy to contact and to talk to about the details of the rental. We will be renting again soon. I will add a few pictures on here as soon as I get them downloaded from the camera. Happy riding. BVan

Heated grips and accessory power for heated vest were welcomed, as temps were 40s-50s, spring in the mountains! Also, the bike already had a RAM mount ball on the handlebars, so I was able to mount some accessories I brought. Will definitely rent again.

I live in a townhouse in the city and can't store that kind of stuff. Plus, do you know how expensive camping gear is anymore!? It's insane. Anyway, I also didn't want to put miles on my car up i70 over the 4th of July long weekend. That's when I started to do some research and found Rugged Van Rentals equipped with EVERYTHING my husband and I needed to have an awesome long weekend. When I say everything, I mean everything. We'll get to that, though. Hang tight. Rugged Van Rentals is exactly what it sounds like; big rugged vans that can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go. My husband and I were really excited to take out the newest addition to the Rugged fleet, the Sasquatch! It was just the two if us and our dog so I was really happy to see that there was an option for us in the Sasquatch. It's a Chevy Colorado with monster tires and a Yakima tent attached above the bed. The owner was really kind and showed us how easy the set up was before we took it on the road. He even made sure we knew that our dog was allowed in the tent with us which was really unexpected and cool. He also explained logistics of insurance and made everything really easy for us. Also, in the bed of the truck was a Coleman stove, plates, cups and even a big Otterbox cooler. So yeah, I could have gone out and spent a grand on everything (y'all think I'm exaggerating. TheOtterbox cooler alone was $300) I needed or I could rent the truck for a fraction of the price and just return it when I'm done. No fuss at all! I didn't even have to clean it before I returned it (but I did because I'm not a freakin' monster, KYLE). Super friend owner, really easy pick up, equipped with what I need, and my dog loved it. It's a win win all around. The only con was that now I was to trade in my Mini Cooper for a jacked up truck with a tent it the back. And THAT'S the tea.

The suite on the 11th floor was amazing, 3 large rooms, 2 bath, bar, small pool table, beautiful views of the mountains. We felt like royalty. Wish we could do that every year!! Thank you Renaissance staff for welcoming our whole tribe back to Dick's Sporting Complex for Phish after a year hiatus in stuck up Boulder. My only complaint was it was so convenient that I probably spent $100 there. The only negative I could find about this hotel was that despite being full for a conference, there weren't enough bar staff. It took a while to get food/drinks and even longer to pay the bill.

I contacted about 4 limo companies and AJ was the only one who: (1) answered the phone himself promptly and (2) suggested we save money by hiring him for pick up and drop off as opposed to hiring a car for the whole night. AJ called the day before to confirm and personally picked us up at the campground. My husband is handicapped and uses a scooter and AJ was so gracious to assist our grandson loading and unloading the equipment. In addition to the adults going to and from the wedding events, we had to board our dogs in Denver for the festivities and AJ was very accommodating when it came to transporting them to the pet hotel. The drive to and from the campground was about 45 minutes and it sped by because AJ was also a wonderful tour guide, pointing out sites and making suggestions of places to go and see. Polite, helpful, friendly and gracious are only a few of the words to describe AJ. His wonderful manners where so impressive when he received calls from his drivers and he always called them "SIR". What an employer!! AJ is in my phone book permanently and whenever I visit Denver he will be the company I call for transportation. Thank you AJ for making our trip so wonderful and stress free!
