I appreciated that this was a family owned business and the workers were professional. After our consultation they gave me time to think about the proposal:price. The next day I called to approve my consent. They showed 2 days later to complete the work. They trained my dog and then myself the skills to teach her about the limits of the boundaries. They assured and emailed me daily with support. They even came back and retaught me the skills for training my dog. Their guarantee and warranty was what helped me make the decision to buy and go with their team. They arrived on time and after installing they had me down load the app which was invaluable. I was glad that I chose Hidden Fence of Minnesota. Steve S., Saint Paul, MN

We have a three year old, chocolate lab and he had started to explore further and further from our…read moreyard and into the neighbors yards so we knew it was time to look into some kind of invisible fence. We did some research, and although there's companies out there that all sound like they do the same thing, I can tell you, they don't. From the moment I spoke to the Hidden Fence Of people I knew that they were customer service oriented. They came out the very next day and dropped some line around the perimeter of the house, even though there was 2 feet of snow. And they will be back to bury it come spring time. The gentleman that came out and spent about an hour working with me on training. It was very easy, and within about a month my dog was off leash and not venturing out of the yard anymore. One of the concerns I had going in was that would the collar be painful for my dog. So I tried it out on my self and it is basically nothing more than a vibration and not a painful shock which I think other companies use. As my dog approaches the perimeter, there is a beeping sound and vibration, and right away he knew that he has gone too far. Now after a solid month, it is so apparent that he knows the boundary, So happy to have made this choice.

I'm out my deposit but at least my dog is home safe with me. I just needed so on leash training they wanted him for 8 weeks and I told them I wasn't comfortable with this they said 6 weeks would be fine then but not to expect good results. As the date came closer I called to cancel and was hung up on once I finally was able to reach someone. When I called back I again had to leave a message to which Jason called back the next day only to be rude talking over me constantly and when I told him I was just going to do what I needed to do ( by keeping my dog and not send him there) he started yelling at me and asked if I was threatening him, and then proceeded to tell me that this world was filled with disrespectful people. Let me add that I stayed very calm and never once raised my voice with him. Think twice and do your research on things before sending your dog.

I have had horrible exsperiences this last year and a half trying to find a good vet after my vet of 25 yrs had retired. In this year and a half search, it has cost me the life of my very beloved fur baby, which broke my heart, and changed my life forever, simply because that particular vet was not truthful with me. So I have become beyond skeptical and leery of any new vet I entrust with my remaining fur baby. Montgomery Animal Hospital and its staff is fabulous. The staff Julie and Nicki are educated--helpful, caring, and seems as though no matter how booked they are--if it is an emergency, they have fit us in. Dr Ben is sincere and truthful, that is so important to me after losing my girl because of false information from a different clinic. You need to be able to trust and believe in your vet as your fur baby can not tell you her/his symptoms, aches and pains. Dr Ben is up front, caring, genuine, and honest. He explains things so you fully understand, he answers any and all questions you have, and tells you to take time to think about it. He has never tried to push us into a decision, or hurry us in making a decision. He called over the holiday week end on his time off to give my daughter some info he had just received on her cat that she had been waiting on. I believe their devotion, sincere care for the animals, and clients- are a dying breed. I have found that too many clinics main concern is pushing a product, and making a profit. Which is what resulted in the death of my fur baby. Montgomery is also very reasonable. I was truly surprised at their prices. Its obvious they are not in this to get rich--they are in it because they care. I am so very happy I found this clinic, (referred to me by a friend) and this group of compassionate, dedicated, honest people. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants great care for their fur babies ---Luana Pecore
