I wasn't able to do it the first couple of days so she boarded her dog with PetSuites. I picked up Jax mid afternoon. The place was immaculate. The floor has been recently mopped. I could see all the pups in the windowed play area. They had toys, a playground, lookout spots and two people supervising. Jax was brought to me quickly after proving my identity. My niece had let them know I would be picking up Jax. They had a credit card on file so nothing for me to do. Pickup was super simple. They were washing his bed and blanket so I had to stop back in to pick those items up. Jax was happy and seemed to be comfortable with his stay. I'll be dropping him off there in a few days so we'll see how the drop process goes. I'm guessing quite smoothly.
