Complete scam and worst customer service - don't even consider buying their products. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were recently having home renovations done when our plumber found our pipes to be completely covered in calcium residue. We told him that couldn't be possible since we have a water softener (which we purchased from Eagle and was installed 4 years ago) and when he checked the system we have standing in our basement he noticed the water softening system had not been connected properly. From the very first day of installation the water system has not been working properly as it was not connected properly - the intake and outtake were reversed and connected wrong. Essentially, all that money we spent was poured down the drain. There was no water softening at all. My plumber couldn't believe how incompetent the installer was as it was such an elementary mistake. I took my complaints to the company immediately. I will preface this by saying that I am an honest and fair person and never in my life have I had an employee of the company speak to me like this. I spoke to Ms. Sandra Batchelor on the phone. I was blamed for the mistake, she insinuated that I had changed the connection of the system myself and that I was trying to lie and deceive Eagle to get my money back. Never in my life would I ever do such a thing. I am not a water technician - when someone comes into my home to set up something for me I expect and assume it is done right. Why would I question it. I have no knowledge of this equipment so how could I possibly know it was done wrong or even rearrange it myself. How would that benefit me? If Eagle simply came to do a follow up they would have noticed it was wrong but no one came in 4 years and it was only discovered by fluke. Sandra Batchelor called me sneaky, a liar, and attacked my character. I wasn't even on the offensive when I called I was simply explaining the problem (which was all due to the company's negligence and incompetence). I really expected to be treated better. If there had been an honest apology and an acknowledgement for their mistake I would've been happy. Of course, none of that was received (much less a discussion of any compensation). I am just hurt that I am an honest and fair customer and I was treated so poorly by the staff of the company, I am more upset about that than the water softening system. I will know for next time to thoroughly research a company before committing to something. I hope this helps some of you that are reading this. Please do not work with this company, they are fraudulent scammers and will blame YOU for their own mistake. I have never had worse experience with a business before. read more

I never thought an iron filter could change my life, but my recent purchase an installation of your Eagle AIO has made it possible to remain in my home and much much more. My iron content was so enormous I was considering moving. Since living on my small farm we have drank bottled water and suffered though smelly showers and stained everything. Best thing we could have done is install one of these great Eagle water systems that we purchased 8 months ago from World Water Industries. I use RO water for rinsing fruit and vegetables as well as cooking. The extra tap on the counter means no heavy lifting of huge bottles to put on a cooler.
