They ripped the bumper off my brother's car and offered only a lawsuit to move forward. Hard pass on these guys.

I managed to get through our cross-country move mostly calamity free, until the auto shipper told me he would deliver my car four days before I was scheduled to arrive. I admit, I had a small meltdown at that point. The husband called up Eagle Towing and spoke to delightful Toni about receiving my car for us, who said "sure hon, no problem!" and I was able to stop crying. I didn't catch the name of the guy in the office when I went to pick up my car, but he was unbelievably nice. I don't know what I would have done otherwise! Thank you, Eagle Towing. read more

After my accident, Weasel Towing (AKA Eagle Towing) showed up and gave me two options: 1. I pay them $460 immediately to tow my vehicle 3 miles. 2. I pay them $460 plus storage fees as the debt grows daily. This is not the first review that mentions how they rob people in a predicament or how they prey on victims of unfortunate circumstances. The truck driver was nice, but proceeded to rip off part of my bumper with the truck's winch. I contacted the owner of the company and provided before and after photos to send to his insurance company. I asked what the next steps would be in resolving the issue. He said that I would have to take them to court. read more

To my surprise, I found my car battery dead one evening when I needed to go pick up an important prescription. Turns out, the last time my trunk was opened, it hadn't been completely shut (even though it looked like it) and it caused the battery to drain. I had already called around to a couple of places that were either too busy, didn't answer, or didn't offer jump services anymore. Another place recommended calling Eagle Towing, and I'm glad I did. An employee was at my house jumping my car within half an hour of my call. He was polite, efficient, and the rate was pretty reasonable. I will start off saying they were friendly, have nice equipment and have a very nice facility. But, you will definitely be paying for it! They totally take advantage of you in a bad situation. After our wreck they literally towed our car within walking distance of their facility. To get our car back it was almost $700.00!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Robbery in my opinion. Towing companies should not be allowed to take advantage of people like this. If at all possible refuse being towed by this company if they are called to your wreak!!!!! read more

My car stalled at a fairly busy intersection last night and I called Geico for roadside assistance. They sent the request for Eagle Towing and said they'd be there within 30 minutes. Doug with Eagle arrived in 20 minutes and my vehicle on the flatbed within minutes. He was extremely professional and empathetic to the stressful situation I was dealing with. I loved Ken I called him around 820 stating I had a car Chesterfield was going to impound at about 1030 am he told me he could be at my house around 1030 and to call him if they showed up before he got there. To my surprise and relief the showed up maybe ten minutes after ten and had my car loaded and taken to the dump, knowing I was confused as to where to go he walked me inside and showed me to the counter and made sure they knew what I needed help with before leaving me. A big thank you goes out to Eagle Towing for helping me and my family this morning! I had left this morning to take my kids to their daycare and head out to work. Due to the ice on the roads my car slipped off the road and into the ditch where I was unable to get back onto the road. I was stressed trying to think about how long me and my kids were going to have to sit and wait on someone; I have had terrible experiences with towing companies in the past.
