A M A Z I N G - Truly Exceptional Immigration Law Firm!…read more After frustrating experiences with two previous immigration attorneys--one who ignored emails and calls for weeks to months, and another who made repeated, costly, critical typo and filing errors--we were desperate for an attorney who was professional, detail-oriented, and truly invested in our case. That's exactly what we found in Jamile Pellicer and the entire team at 360 Immigration Law Group in Coral Springs, FL. From the moment we hired Jamile, our stress began to lift. She and her team--Emily, Ana, Brianna, and others--were incredibly responsive, organized, and meticulous. They made sure every document was complete and correct, and they kept our case moving forward with clarity and care. When it came time for the USCIS interviews, Jamile showed up thoroughly prepared with a binder of documents several inches thick. Her calm, confident presence and professional communication with the immigration officer clearly made a positive impact. Just days later, we received approval notices--and within two weeks, my family members had their official residency cards in hand. And here's the kicker: Their fees were actually lower than those of the two "highly recommended" attorneys we fired. Better service, more care, and far better results--at a more reasonable price. If you're looking for an immigration attorney who is skilled, ethical, professional, compassionate, and exceptionally thorough, don't waste time elsewhere. 360 Immigration Law Group is the one. We'll absolutely be returning when it's time to apply for citizenship.

I have never experienced such a long wait to have a computer repaired. I was charged $250 upfront to order the replacement screen part, yet nearly 30 days went by and the part still had not arrived. I ultimately requested a refund, and I am told there is no refund on parts ordered. I was scammed out of my money for service not provided. This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The lack of communication and the excessive wait time were extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I will not be using this service again and cannot recommend it to others. I used another repait company and my laptop was repaired in less than 24 hours. The invoice was sent 3 days later . I had to ask for it multiple times and you never mentioned that policy up front- there is no signature- how do you take someone money and send invoice days later. so unprofessional.

He took all of the burden of managing deadlines, research and record keeping off her shoulders. The bonus was that he didn't hound her to death to get things done. He had tons of patience, was excellent at explaining things, and the cost was way less than others had wanted. Which isn't to say he didn't deliver. He ultimately won their case and got the property sold for 10% over what they had wanted. Definitely exceeded our expectations. I just wish he lived here in TX. Thanks Carlos.
