I would recommend never using this company. We used them for services for years over the past 15…read moreyears. Twice they needed to repair our damaged bathroom, after they serviced our unit. TWICE. We took a pause from using them and ultimately decided to use them again. After several services, our compressor went out. Fuller handled the diagnostics, took pictures, etc. They performed ALL of the necessary documentation because they quoted us the cost to replace our unit. We decided to go with another company for a new unit. They REFUSE to provide us with the diagnostic paperwork and pictures. Deanna at Fuller is not pleasant and cited, they discarded that paperwork since we decided to go with another company. This is beyond pathetic business practices. Her response was immature and lacking professional decorum. Now to report them to BBB.

I called Fuller to come out and do a spring checkup on my AC unit because it was obvious to me that…read moreit was in need of some Freon for the first time. Fuller sent out a technician within a couple of hours which I appreciated. I knew what the problem was and discussed it with the Technician along with the history of my AC unit's yearly services in the past. Technician did a through job of cleaning and servicing the unit with Freon and replaced the capacitor. His work was satisfactory, BUT Fuller charged me with a total bill of $789.00. WOW !!! Pricing was a rip off. A capacitor only costs around $10 to $15 and they charged me $237.49. Even with his small labor to replace it should not have totaled that amount. The 1lb. of Freon with labor cost $477.00. !!! So I ended up with a total of close to $800.00. Beware. My advice to others who may read this review is the do as I did to explain the problem and how you have kept up previous maintenance and THEN ASK THE TECHNICIAN for a ESTIMATE of what you are looking at in cost before he does any services. Dillon, Freddy, and Jose did the removal of our old insulation and the blowing in of the new. For all appointments we were called by the person coming out +/- 20 minutes prior. Masks were worn at all times in the house. Would highly recommend.
