Yikes, I've got termites!…read more A neighbor of mine said, "If you live in Florida; It's not if, it's when!" For me, it's now! My condo building has four units. The guy at the other end had termites. My condo association freaked out, along with me, and treated the entire building. The good news was it was an association expense, so I didn't need to take out a second mortgage! These wonderful folks went on the hunt. It was war! They drilled holes all around the outside of my building and squirted in termite killing gunk. Some of the holes were so deep they needed a passport as they traveled into China! BTW- Those Chinese folks don't have a sense of humor when it comes to termite gunk! Next, they came inside. Yikes again! They pulled up carpeting and drilled holes and squirted again and again. I gotta say, it was disconcerting to say the least. Throughout it all these folks were pleasant, professional, and completely determined to vanquish the enemy! So, the battle was fought, and these guys were like a Seal Team of commandos! Unfortunately, when it comes to termites, you need to wait a while to see if the war was won. I'm confident but as the saying goes, "Trust but verify!" I'm confident but I'll be keeping and eye out for these insidious little monsters!

When asked about the weeds during the time he was employed by us, there was always an excuse. either it was too hot or it will take it a little longer. we still have weeds and carpet grass that he said would be eliminated. Recently I called about a major fire ant invasion in the areas next to our patio and pool in addition to the cracks in the walkway. This invasion not only put our dogs but us at risk for being bitten. I called on a Thursday regarding the major ant problem. He said that he could not make it on Friday but would be at our home on Monday. Monday came and went, no Chris Crowe. We called on Tuesday to find out why he didn't come as promised. He gave no apology for his not keeping his word. When we told him we never had this type of fire ant problem when we were not having the lawn treated by a "professional". He became rude and beligerent, and said " go find someone else and hung up on us. Do not use this service.He gives excuses and when you really need him, he is nowhere to be found.
