My 5 year old has spent the last two years at this daycare/preschool. It actually has been a little…read moreover 2 years. Anyway at the end of this summer, Logan starts kindergarten and I am so thankful to Just Imagine for morphing his education while his parentals have to work. We are young parents, so it has taken longer to get all the ducks in a row of our life and for a while we were bouncing around jobs, apartments, and daycares. In the last 4 years we found a home we have been in since 2012 - which is a blessing. It took us a while to find the perfect preschool and now here we are. The structure is amazing. The whole entire school is decorated and matches the learning and fun that each child gets to experience every day. He has grown through a couple classrooms and has made friends, knows his colors, the alphabet and can count to 20. They go outside every day and have a daily schedule visible for parents to see and understand. They do field trips to the movies and the splash pad, and allow the teachers the freedom and flexibility to develop curriculum, get to know the parents, and also know things about the students. I am so appreciative that they get to know them on a personal level and I am so happy to trust them with my child while I get through the workweek. A very communicative staff, an amazing and understanding owner, and a brilliant amount of potential all in one.

I sent my three-year-old to this daycare, and at first, they seemed very friendly and good, but…read moreactually, they are not really. In the morning, I went to the daycare to drop my son, and the daycare was closed; the door left no information, or no one called or emailed me. I was about to go to work after I dropped him off. Then I retake him the next four days. However, they were still closed. Finally, I found one number posted by the door for a personal business announcement. I called, and it was one of the staff's phone numbers, and she told me that the daycare is temporarily closed for an unknown reason and they don't know the time they will open. I didn't go to work for more than a week. After that, I decided to keep my kids home until I found good daycare. I lost my work schedule because of them. Moms do not take your kids there. They don't care at all. I don't recommend it to anyone.

My daughter attended school here for preschool and Kindergarten and we had a very positive…read moreexperience! They focus on play-based learning so there is lots of extra time to play outside and do "centers" inside, which are stations for playing. Kindergarten had plenty of academics as well to balance the play, and they taught Bible as well which I loved. They also offered extra curricular classes like Science and Art Club as well as Gymnastics--all during the school day. I didn't realize my daughter was going to learn Spanish too, which was a nice surprise! We loved Mrs. Cece and Ms. Susan for Kinder! The staff is very loving and caring under Mrs. Donna's leadership.

MY SON IS 5.....Unfortunately I give this school one star because there is no such thing as 0…read morestars. If you want to be told to spank your child when he is or she is acting out go here. They even gave me a print out on proper instructions on how to do Corporal punishment. I'm against spanking. If you want your child to be physically restrained and grabbed when he or she is acting out then go here. We hired a professional behavioral specialist to monitor both the teachers and my son while going to the school, she was only allowed to go twice before they expelled him. I ask what are you hiding. They said that they were trained in behavioral Issues in children. My hired professional behavioral Specialist went to this school she stated none of the staff implemented or used any professional tactics against children with behavioral issues. In fact using any forms of violence against children who have behavioral and possible mental illnesses spark and trigger Children to react. We asked all the staff to please not put their hands on our child and they continued all the way up until the day that they expelled him. We are not saying our son is perfect. And we would have never taken our son to the school if they were not trained in behavioral corrections for troubled children. Our son has gotten worse since going here. Beware of the teachers grabbing and forcing children to mind. My son just turned 5.

There is a really interesting history to the creation of the Center that you can hear about…read moredirectly from the staff. They have a large meeting space that is affordable to rent. The space has a small library, a small sitting area to show films, and there are a few items like tshirts & cards you can buy that are related to peaceful human rights activists. This is not the museum, you have to go right next door for that. Unfortunately the actual museum has limited hours in the winter and is open much later. This education center opened at 9am and had very friendly staff willing to talk about the Center. They gave us helpful info to possibly use their space for an upcoming mtg. It is worth checking out.

We cannot recommend Jenna highly enough. My husband has been working with her to prepare for a math…read moreexam required for a pipefitters union job, and the progress he's made has been incredible. Math has always been a real struggle for him even when I tried to help, it just never seemed to click but Jenna has completely changed that. She has a way of breaking things down so they actually make sense, without ever making him feel overwhelmed or discouraged. The worksheets she provides are thoughtful and really reinforce what she teaches, and you can genuinely tell she cares about her clients and wants them to succeed. What stands out most is how much more confident my husband feels now. He's not just memorizing steps he's actually understanding the material, and it's made such a difference. We are beyond grateful for Jenna's patience, dedication, and ability to teach in a way that truly works. She's made something that once felt impossible feel achievable.

I would caution students against using Intellect Connect Tutoring. When working with Dom (the…read moreowner), his comments led me to believe that I needed him in order to succeed. He told me that I was naive, and that I "didn't know anything about anything when I first met him." He also called my professor dumb. When I said that I didn't think my professor was dumb, he insisted that he was. He also asked if my family was crazy, told me that I wasn't going to make it through chemistry if I didn't remember what he told me, said that the best that he could see me getting in chemistry was a D, told me that I could say goodbye to medical school if I failed chemistry, told me that I could become white washed if I didn't remember my culture, said that his students made "stupid mistakes on tests," and told me that my family member said I would be dumb if I didn't follow his advice. (Even though that didn't sound like something that my family member would say, and she later confirmed that it wasn't). He was also charging me $300/week, which seems like too much to me. I have since learned that I did not need him to succeed, and neither do you. I was able to pass the rest of my general chemistry courses and continue preparing for my medical school application while receiving kind and ethical approaches from the free tutoring services at my college. Even now, I don't remember everything that Dom told me about chemistry, and I am still just as capable as I was then. Students deserve to be treated with respect and encouragement. Due to the reports of others and myself, Dom is no longer able to have tutoring services at my university, and I feel that is for the emotional, academic, and financial safety of students. Additionally, my former organic chemistry professor informed my class to report messages from him if sent out to EWU students again. Now, the best that I feel I can do is warn others because I am genuinely concerned for students.
