The only difficulty is getting a hold of them, probably because they are so good they are in such high demand. One of our outlets was turned off during the job and they said they would come back to turn it back on, but it's been over a month and we still have had difficulty getting them back in. This is not a review for work done because we did not yet choose a company. However, Oscar was so…read morecourteous and professional that I felt he deserved acknowledgement and earned a 5 star review for doing the following: 1. He showed up a few minutes before the set appointment 2. He and is partner were both wearing a mask. This impressed me because I've had several service reps come to my home without masks! 3. He automatically took his shoes off before entering my home 4. He did not try to upsell me on the work to be done. 5. I received an itemized and professional invoice before he pulled out of the parking spot. Even though we did not choose him for this job, that does not mean I won't reach out to him for another job. I felt his pricing was fair but my husband felt we should continue to shop around. Who's to say that we won't end up going with him, after all? I have never given a review based upon an estimate but Oscar was so professional and courteous and that is something that is seriously lacking from MANY service reps these days. If we contract him for the work, I will update the review with pictures and add a review for the work performed

And then the day before the appointment, they asked me if we could reschedule for another day. That was actually fine because the new date worked better for me anyway, but it should have been another sign they may not have it all together. I will say they were accommodating in arriving a bit earlier that day at my request, and they were professional and friendly. I was told I should get an estimate by the end of the week. I did not even get a follow up. So I sent a message to ask when I could expect the quote and was told they wouldn't be able to get it to me by the end of the month as promised and since the person who does quotes was out for the week, he couldn't give me a date. It was around the holidays, so I understood and decided to be patient (although every other company who came by during the same time frame managed to get me estimates within a few days at most). Two weeks later still no estimate and still no follow up (three weeks since they came to my house). If they didn't have the capacity or desire to take on my project at this time, I would have appreciated being told that so I didn't waste my time waiting and not moving forward. (Well I did last week with drywall repair and painting at least, with a company that gave me an estimate the same day and got me on their schedule soon after I made the decision). I called the company once more just to make sure I didn't overlook anything, but they seemed to not really know what was going on with the estimate either .. I don't think they even had a record that someone had come out to give an estimate (although they did have all my information). So I would not recommend, unless you just like wasting time and not being communicated with.
