The home and the yard are beautiful! The breakfasts (including the gluten free breakfasts) were wonderful! And the hosts are amazing. Although it is off the beaten track, there is a lot to do both at their place and in the area. We spent time swimming and boating in the river, hiking the nearby portion of the Transcanada Trail, and golfing in one of the nearby courses. I have only seen this place in summer, but I expect winter would be amazing as well.

They give you an option of what time you'd prefer breakfast which I found convenient since we were there on a business trip. The entire house is beautiful; the rooms, the bathrooms & tub, the backyard with the pond & hammock, and the breakfast room overlooking the yard. It's a couple of blocks from downtown and from the water which is a nice walk. Highly recommend this if you are staying in Kenora whether for business or pleasure.

The building is near enough to the Trans Canada to be convenient but far enough that you don't really hear passing cars. All in all, a first-rate place.
