We called Michael and he was able to schedule an inspection for the condo that we wanted buy and sign sales contract as a buyer. Michael and his son Mario showed up to do the inspection, for what ever reason three agents were there telling me that he inspected the same condo several months earlier and I was wasting my money. They were rude to Michael saying that they fixed the items he found last time. As it turns out they lost a buyer because of the issues that Michael had found. Micheal explained that he worked for the buyer and to please let him do his job. I told him we still wanted him to inspect and to verify what we were being told. Micheal was able to pull the last inspection to verify that the items that failed the previous inspection. He reassured me that he and Mario would reinspect everything and let me know where each item stood. Mario went into every craw space, cabinet and closet to ensure I would have no issues. Thankfully, in walking around the house with Michael, he was able to educate me on the issues he found and verify the new items had been fixed. He checked the new AC, appliances and the electrical to ensure that they were installed correctly. From Michaels advice I was able to sit down with the homeowner, we were able to get them to correct the items Micheal had found saving us money before we signed a contract. I'm so glad I was able to have Michael and Mario from Affordable Inspections help me make a smarter decision and save us some money!

I had two other quotes for the job, both times the…read morecompany was very pushy about their preference on the design, and aesthetic - I knew exactly what I wanted and was not feeling very confident they could deliver. Rasin came in and immediately put me at ease - offering his expert advice but ultimately making sure I got what I wanted. We exchanged renderings and notes for one day and that was the extent of the design process. Installation was quick and simple and it was exactly what I wanted! Keep in mind I did have to have an electrician involved to get the lights, tv and integrated fireplace all installed but he was very clear about that up front. I would absolutely recommend Rasin and plan to use him again in the near future!

I started where most people begin the 'Internet.' It took me about 20-25 minutes before I came across Alliance Cabinets & Millwork. After viewing all the amazing pictures of the workmanship I started to read the testimonials. I showed my wife Alliance's website and she was very impressed. We decided to call Bruno to schedule an estimate. The following week Bruno, a soft spoken mild-manner man arrived with samples. My wife and I felt comfortable and not rushed as he took the time to answer our zillion questions and his suggestions. However, since this was the beginning of the process we needed to get a few estimates. What a waste of time! The other representative's/owners we invited had no vision. My wife and I felt the others were NOT sincere and were not invested in our dream kitchen like Bruno was. Throughout the process, I must have called Bruno 10+ times to follow up on questions that came up during other estimates. What really stuck in my mind was one day when I called Bruno and asked him about the Chinese cabinets. He said 'I DO NOT care if you use another cabinet company DO NOT install Chinese cabinets.'
