He was organized explained everything he was doing. He was honest about his findings and provided advice on future maintenance that will come up. He answered all of my questions. Addressed my concerns and eased my fears. I followed him around everywhere asking a million questions, he answered them all without being annoyed. It was clear to me that Scott was not only there to inspect a property, but also had a genuine and sincere interest in making sure I fully understood what was involved in buying a home and being completely comfortable knowing that he made sure my family will be safe and worry free for years to come. He climbed on the roof like a ninja monkey, checked every gutter, window, and shingle. He went up in attic. He checked every plug, ran every appliance, filled tubs, ran sinks. Took pictures of everything and followed up the next day with a 24 page report He didn't rush or ignore a single question or concern. HE gave me his personal cell number and told me I could call if I ever needed anything. He actually took my numerous phone calls after hours. Scott exceeded my expectations. I am buying a house with confidence, I would never buy another home without Scott inspecting it first.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I went with them because my realtor had heard good things from one of…read moretheir specific inspectors. We hired him, and he basically just collected a check for us for nothing. Scott, who was our inspector, who I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy didn't do anything. He said the hot water heater was old, but still functional. My plumber came through after we bought the house and said the valve was too rusted to even turn it on, so there was no way to even know if the water heater was functional (lie #1). In the report he said all the windows were inaccessible to test functionality (paper across the bottom half held by painter's tape so people couldn't look in while it was under renovation. Laziness/lie #2). Didn't catch that the gas line to the stove in the kitchen wasn't up to code. Mentioned that a couple outlets weren't GFCI but were labeled as such, but didn't say anything about how 14 outlets were wired incorrectly and a fire hazard (caught by my plumber lol, and affirmed and fixed my by electrician). Didn't mention that the dryer outlet was out of date and a fire hazard. He basically showed up, hung out for an hour, and collected $700. I understand all inspectors make sure to tell you that they aren't liable for anything, but he literally missed over a dozen issues that cost me $10,000 in repairs once I moved into a house that I thought was updated and in great shape.

Especially for first time homebuyers that witness Kevin always takes extra time with; answering questions about home maintenance and repairs. Kevin and crew understand and can spot if the client shows they need some additional explanation. I like that he only recommends the services that are needed depending on the home that is purchased. I've used Kevin and his company multiple times. Given my career as a real estate agent, I believe it's important to have quality, professional educated businesses that you work with on a regular basis. Those that you trust. Kevin is professional, but also down to earth, easy to talk to-approachable, and early to every inspection. I have learned so much just from following along on the inspections too! Each and client is given a comprehensive overview of the inspection with digital photos. This makes it easy to re- negotiate terms if that should be the case. Top notch performance. Thanks Kevin!!!
