That means a lot of customers have no idea their belongings are sitting in excessive heat and humidity in the middle of summer in texas unless they visit their unit regularly. Their items could be damaged, moldy, or deteriorating without them even knowing. The worst part is that they never notified affected customers. People pay extra for climate controlled storage, and failing to tell them that service is not being provided so they can protect their belongings and find other arrangements is completely unacceptable and in my opinion unethical. The owner texted me saying the police had stopped them and wouldn't let them leave. The excuse felt suspicious, so I had a friend text them from a different number, inquiring about cleaning services. They responded promptly, saying they were heading to clean a house in Pearland and could come by later that evening--completely contradicting what they told me. When I confronted the owner, there was no apology. Instead, he told me the price would increase and refused to come unless I agreed. I told him that was unprofessional and that I'd be leaving a review so others know what to expect. Only then did he start calling and texting multiple apologies and saying they'd honor the original price--but by then, my decision was made. Bottom line: If you book with them, don't expect your time to be respected. If they cancel, the excuse may not be the truth.
