As I was sitting in the drive through line today, I was watching this garbage man empty the garbages here at McDonalds. As he lifted the bin up, garbage spilled everywhere on each side of the truck to the ground. I was willing to bet he was just going to leave all that garbage all on the ground. Which is sad since Whitnall park is the property next to this McDonald's. As the man put the bin back down, he proceeded to get out and close the gate. BUT on the way to the gate, I was shocked he picked up all the garbage that fell on the ground. Just wanted to say Thank you for not leaving the trash all over the ground, to go into our parks with the wildlife. Great job to this worker! read more

We filled it way too soon, and the next day, Eagle had a 30 yard dumpster delivered. Great experience, had a very pleasant woman taking my calls. We have had Eagle here for as long as I have lived here. We used to have no problems. Within the last year or so the garbage man began to leave the garbage bin right outside of my window. During winter I didn't say anything because I understood it was more difficult to haul the garbage can down the driveway with snow on the ground. However when spring and summer came around, it continued. I would have to haul the dumpster myself to the back of the lot where it was supposed to be. Granted the pavement is a little jagged, admittedly, but not enough to stop a grown man from pulling it 15 feet. So after numerous times having to do their job for them, I decided to call and complain to the owner. The first time this happened he was more than obliging and offered to speak to his driver. (This was one issue I called about as the driver failed to even pick up the garbage on more than one occasion). Anyway the owner promised to fix the issue. So after about another 2 months of half of the time putting the dumpster in the correct spot in the back, and the other half leaving it right next to the building under my window, the straw that broke the camel's back was his leaving it not only next to the window, but halfway into the driveway because we had our bicycles in that spot, I called again. This time the owner wasn't being very obliging, and started to give a bunch of excuses how he had personally been here and saw how poor the condition of the ground was, and how difficult it was to move the bin. After a grocery list of excuses and back and forth I hung up on the guy because it was getting nowhere. So the next week, the garbage can man comes and takes our whole dumpster-and leaves! His solution to this issue was not customer service, no, it was 'I don't like you so I'm gonna take your dumpster away'. So long story short, if you don't want grumpy, lazy guys who hate their job to come half-ass your garbage situation, go with another place. These guys are very unprofessional. read more

I ordered a box from a competitor three days earlier. They told me it would be here on the 9th. Morning of the 10th it's still not here..... I frantically called eagle hoping they could help a girl out. My family is only in town until Sunday and They're my only help in cleaning out my mothers house. As a Distribution Group we have to always have our trash picked up every week. But we fell 2 months behind on our bill and Eagle Disposal refused to pick up the trash. The CEO was out of town that week so we had to have one of our employees go to the bank grab cash and drive 20+ miles to their Franksville, wi location and pay the bill in cash for them to pick up trash! After being with them for over 5 years you would figure they would be a little more understanding. To top it off the company said we had to pay cash like we were a bunch of dead beats who write bad checks. Our sales exceeded 5+ Million in 2018 so we have plenty of capital and definitely have never wrote a bad check! We will be switching back to Waste Management soon! read more

I have never thought renting a dumpster could be such a poor experience. we set up a time to have the dumpster dropped off. they arrived outside their time window and did not leave it where we requested. they came back to fix it and the drive hit our house with the dumpster. he hit it as we yelled for him to stop as we could see him backing into our house. he showed no remorse and refused to stay for the police to arrive. then they came to pick up the dumpster. they dug 6 in deep holes in our yard leaving dirt and grass is our driveway to the point we couldn't drive in there. I think the more disturbing part was dealing with their employee named Brad. when I called about the house being hit he blamed us for backing him into the house. then when I called about the yard damage his email response was "we put the dumpster where you wanted. what do you expect when it is heavy and wet?". never once did I hear an apology or an ounce of caring from this employee. this company has brought lack of customer service to a new level. read more

I own a bar on the lower east side of Milwaukee. The Brady street days fair is the best of times and the messiest of times. Our trash driver was there at 3am starting the cleaning process. I met him out there and begged him to take the bags that wouldn't fit in either of my cans. He didn't even hesitate. Best customer service from a driver I've ever seen. And at the crack a** of dawn too. Gave him a 50, called the office, and trying to do my part of the social media frenzy too. Thank you all!! read more
