The first stop on a trip is the Parker-French Antique Center and this place is absolutely fantastic. From the outside this place looks pretty smell but the moment you walk in you realize that there's actually a couple of big rooms full of all sorts of antiques, retro toys, war memorabilia, and everything else under the sun. The staff here is super friendly and both my parents and my wife found things that they just needed to add to whatever collection they are working on at the moment, I don't know, my wife is buying a creepy little statue with nuns on it. Overall, this place is definitely going to be on my "must hit up" list whenever I'm visiting my family in New Hampshire. The clerks are very careful to log each item, so vendors are properly credited. They're always so helpful and pleasant. It's a no-frills antique store that is typical of many New England stores. The location is a little out of the way but the staff is very nice and there are a variety of different items for sale. I was particularly impressed with the very back room. That's where the larger pieces of furniture are stored. I saw a wide variety of trunks, dressers, and chairs.
