Fast forward to June 2026 I set up an appointment took the day off from work and here we go again no show no call. I call to find out what happened and get excuses and was told they would come out on Saturday. Saturday came and went with no show no call. I wasted a half days pay from not going to work and still have to find someone to clean my chimney. These guys are completely unreliable and not worth the aggravation. 2 set appointments 3 no show now call. Stay away unless you don't need to work to make money and don't mind sitting home for the day. I'd give zero stars if I could....

Michael spent time explaining to me how stains last and the type of stains that could go towards the orange color I was trying to avoid. He sent me pictures and was very helpful in the process of picking a stain and finish. While Michael and his team were working, they noticed some areas that still had carpet and staples (which were supposed to be removed by our General Contractor, but did not do a great job), and he volunteered to remove it, and was happy to do it!
