I called first thing in the morning for a vehicle we had seen online the night before that we had been searching for months to find. I spoke with the Manager Vic and he said he would have it ready when we got there which was a few hour drive away. When we got there is was waiting along with David the Sales Associate who quickly got the paperwork done while they had the vehicle detail and filled it up with gas. If you want professionals this is your spot and worth the drive. Now I have one very Happy Husband cruising around in his new Bronco.

Upon my departing for my 10+ hr drive, i was told the General Manager had an appointment to show the truck i was approved for, GM NEVER called me as i asked him too, tharts cowardly and poor business, i was on my way out of town to finalize this. Crossroads ended up selling the truck and telling me they wer sorry. They have very very poor business ethics and the GM runs the dealership poorly if that's how they operate. i purchase alot of trucks and this was by FAR the worst experience ever, for them to sell my truck the day i was coming, and the salesman was aware!! Despite that, the finance manager added a $4,300 warranty to my contract and told me it was "free." A $4,300 product is not free. If I hadn't carefully reviewed the paperwork, I could have ended up paying thousands of dollars for something I specifically declined. This experience made me question the dealership's honesty and transparency. Customers should never have to worry about unwanted products being added to their contracts or be told that a costly add-on is "free." Read every document carefully before signing, ask questions about every charge, and don't rely solely on verbal assurances. John promised me that he would take good care of me. He told me he was going to call me Monday 8/10/2026 to get everything scheduled to be fixed and repaired. I didn't hear from John I called and went to get the windshield wipers replace on 8/10/2026 I ask for John I was told he was off till 8/12/2026 I spoke with Bradon he got my car washed on the outside and told me he would call me to schedule a detail inside the car, he called me a couple days later I told him I work in the day I don't get off until 4:00 he said no problem he would get my car from my job he lives not far and would have it detailed. I haven't heard from him on 8/13/2026 it rained and I notices the windshield wipers weren't working on the passenger side and the windshield had scratches from metal to metal I called repeatedly and finally spoke to John on 8/20/2026. He told me to come and get the car detailed on 8/21/2026 I told him I work till 4:00 and would like to get everything done being that I stay 35 mins away and I had death in my extended family. this was on 8/21/2026 he told me he would call me after he spoke to his manager today is 8/27/2026 still haven't heard from nobody at Lumberton Honda at the point I am gathering all information and taking legal action this is very unprofessional quick to take your money and put you in a car but don't want to honor what needs to be done. I would never recommend this place. very upset customer.... So much more to say...I received a call on 8/27/2026 4:09pm from Bradon telling me he was going to call me and set up an apt that's all they do keep you going while they lie. So, I will be filing papers this has to stop you can't keep doing customers like this after you put them in car and promise to fix what needs to be done. John is the worse fast talker salesman.
