She took the time to listen carefully to what I liked and suggested dresses that perfectly matched my style and personality. She was also very mindful of my budget and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. The shop itself was warm, welcoming, and such a comfortable place to try on dresses. Since my wedding is still about 11 months away, they had no trouble helping me find something that could be ordered in time. They explained that they typically need at least six months' notice for a dress to arrive, which made the process feel very manageable and stress-free. From the moment I stepped into the shop, it was clear that Candace truly loves what she does and is committed to helping every bride find their dream dress. I couldn't have done it without them, and I'm so glad I came here. I cannot recommend Hanna Bridal enough and would highly encourage any future brides to save themselves the hassle and start their search here first!

It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I only got to try on one dress, and even then, there was no real effort to help me explore options or make the experience enjoyable. It felt like she didn't want to assist me or take the time to work with me at all. The shop itself is in a house, which I don't mind, but the customer service was extremely lacking.
