Not only is there the Westlake Market for your weekly groceries, but they also have beauty salons, a number of eateries, *~MANDRO~*, and a bunch more. I believe that Lamppost Pizza, Shanghai Town, and Chuy's Tacqueria are here, so you have a decent selection of places to drop by for a meal. My favorite boba place, Mandro Teahouse, is also here! The other businesses nearby, like Abba Salon and Mattress Express, I don't frequent much nor do most college students, so I can only imagine that mostly locals go there. I also go to Family Dollar quite often for my cheapo college student needs LOL. Still cool to have so much variety in such a small plaza, though :) Really accessible-- there are two bus stops that are on each side of the plaza, one near Family Dollar on Arlington and the other across the parking lot on Lake. I bus or walk here from my apartment from time to time to get groceries or study at Mandro. For the apartments in West, I think this little plaza is super convenient and useful. Every once in a while, they have a small food truck festival in the parking lot that features local eats. I'm not too sure of the exact dates but there is one during Picnic Day which gets pretty popular! It's awesome that they have little things that build and engage the community.

Generally pass through here with my dog. It's one of the few places left with open lawn. Another unique thing here is they are also open on Mondays when a bunch of restaurants are close. Tjs, Pet smart, Ulta and Nordstrom are here as well. I took off a star because parking is horrible. I'm not sure who designed this but they should have considered parking. There are street parking around the area but you'll have to walk and be considerate with residents who live there.

The Safeway out here is pretty dated and it seems like this whole plaza is a destination instead of something you'd pass by at random. So why come out here...it's on the way to Woodland. Well, there's a Mountain Mike's here, and...uh...there's a Mountain Mike's here. I guess Dos is here too. It's pretty dead and I don't see it getting much better. So much other stuff nearby elsewhere. Because of this, it's a dope parking lot with dancing ceramic pigs and where you'll find a space easily. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This location consistently breaks ADA requirements…read more I thought it was just in anticipation of holiday deliveries last year ( not that that makes it better, people in wheelchairs need room then too) but it consistently moves its rows narrower than a wheelchair can fit through. As a family with both an elder in a wheelchair and a toddler in a stroller it really is a huge turn off if neither a wheelchair or stroller can shop with the same freedom as everybody else Aside from this the store starts operational work during business hours that prevents shopping. On my most recent visit all household, gym, Halloween and kids aisles were blocked by rolling racks and unshoppable, I had stopped by because I wanted a water bottle and the store was open for another 30 minutes but not shoppable
