He visited us and asked exactly what we wanted, he then went off and researched each product we required even going to the trouble of contacting the manufacturers to make sure he knew where everything would be situated. He then visited us again to measure and check water tank and pipe layout to fit shower etc. As neat as possible. The work was carried out well within the agreed time and without any problems which I am sure is down to the planning done by Neil before the work was started. The final bill was exactly as per estimate at a very reasonable price compared to other companies we tried. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil for any plumbing needs.
