My husbands vape started acting up. He has had it less than 3 months. At first we thought it was a pack of faulty coils. When Luxor looked at it they said it was from juice that leaked into the contacts messing up the vape. Well the juice that leaked was from the faulty coils they sold us. All 3 in the pack leaked. In the past Luxor would have stood behind their products and replaced the vape. Again, not anymore. The outstanding crew and customer service that used to make this the best vape shop we've ever been to has taken a tremendous drop. You can buy a vape anywhere. Its the service that kept us coming back for years. Very disappointed.

WARNING FAKE PUFFBARS AND HYPPE BARS SOLD HERE !!! THEY WONT REFUND OR EXCHANGE! BEWARE! WORKERS…read moreHERE ARE DISRESPECTFUL!!!! 0/10 for customer service! Just had the worst experience here I think I've ever had at any store ever in my life. Yesterday bought a puff bar and hyppe bar from there and shortly after leaving verified the product legitimacy online. They have stickers on the back with codes you scratch off and go to company website to make sure the product is NOT FAKE! So both products I bought were FAKE! I went back that day and worker said come back tomorrow cuz owner will be in. I came in next day and owner wasn't there and the worker was so rude to me and my friend. He wouldn't call the owner for us, he was yelling at us as if we did something wrong, he seemed to not care at all. After he got done yelling at us for how we were wrong for asking him for refund or money back? Even Though the vape company's can sue a smoke shop for selling their fake products cuz it's illegal to sell fakes! On top of all of this I then proceeded to try and make a purchase even after how horribly I was treated and all of a sudden he says they now are closed. They close at 7 tonight l, even though it was only 6:45, and on google it says 8:00pm and was there night before till 8:00pm. So he literally was just so mad about us asking about the fake products he wouldn't let us buy anything and lied and said he had to start closing.. if he was closing he would have said that right when we walked in not after he tried telling us how wrong we were for tying to get to the bottom of his fake products he is selling!!! He said name is JACK, I am pretty sure he lied about his name though. Owner... if you read this know that this worker treated us horribly and lied and kicked us out when trying to buy products... hopefully you can comment on this to make sure that I know you have seen this... I will be coming back I. Next few days to try to talk to you... thanks

Because of the long Labor Day weekend, I wasn't able to go back to the store until today. I've had trouble all weekend getting the mod to work. I had my receipt in hand and went in today to ask for an even exchange for one that works. I was told by the clerk that "I didn't sell it to you. You have to come back when my boss is here." EVEN WITH THE RECEIPT! So I asked when the boss would be there and was told: "Next Sunday." By that time the mod will be more than 10 days old. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A STORE THAT WON'T HONOR THEIR OWN RECEIPTS (no signs posted anywhere in the store) FOR A DEFECTIVE, EXPENSIVE VAPE MOD. I will be finding a new store.
