So far, I have hired this business two times--once in 2022 and once in 2024. In 2022, I noticed that my house had missing roof shingles, a leaking skylight, and dirty gutters. I contacted the owner Tony to request an estimate for his services. A few weeks later, Tony arrived at my house on time to do the work. In under one hour, he reattached my missing shingles, repaired the exposed flashing and nailheads (I am explaining the technical details as best as I can!) around my skylight, sealed the area around my skylight with caulk, and cleaned the debris from my gutters. The total cost was very reasonable. In 2024, I noticed a water stain on the ceiling in an upstairs room in my house, and I wondered if my roof was leaking. I contacted Tony, and he said that he could set an appointment for the very next day! He arrived on time, and he made very courteous conversation. He did a full inspection of the exterior of my roof, which he said was in perfect condition except for some loose flashing around my chimney. He repaired that flashing. The price was very reasonable. He also informed me that I have bees or yellow jackets that are living in a wall, so I will contact an exterminator to solve that problem. They also used the toilet to empty the machines and left a mess in my bathroom, did not even flush the toilet. The rugs had a slight odor prior to "Being Cleaned" and the odor is still there. The odor was the main reason for wanting the carpets cleaned. I have tried calling Sagar numerous times and the number listed, just rings, rings and rings. Very disappointed with this company.

I called Curt at Enviro Cleaning Services who was a very good listener and helped me break down and understand what services I would need and explained in detail how they worked and what products and equipment they use. His company was already booked that week for several commercial gigs (they clean local businesses and Target stores, etc.), but he said he'd see if he could come on the weekend since I needed this done quickly. He did me one better. He sent his best cleaner (Kelly) on a weekday a few days away from when I called. They normally clean at night, but Kelly came at 11 am, during the day in addition to their night work. The walls were pretty bad and needed scrubbing in some areas, which Kelly did with alacrity. When Kelly discovered he was missing some items he needed for the job, Curt himself drove 40 minutes to the home with the equipment and even joined in, beginning to clean a smoke stain from the brick fireplace mantel of the home. I couldn't believe what the fireplace and smoker's room looked like when Kelly was finished with it - it was a completely different color after Kelly got all the stains off the walls. Kelly cleaned the floor afterwards and hosed off some plastic tarps we had lent them to put on the floor. Curt and Kelly were compassionate, kind and effective. Really great to work with and a great price compared to the other nicotine wall washer I called (PS The other wall washer was given an F rating on Angie's List).
