I see some positive reviews for Craig and I think he can do a proper job. If everything goes well…read morefor the job, youmay well come out satisfied. In our case it didn't. We had flooring including subflooring done by him, and a lttle after a year we noticed squishiness in the floor. When we reached Craig, he said he'd come. He did and claimed the problem was bad flooring and wanted us to pay him to do anything. He said after one year, he had no responsibility, according to OR law. I called Lowe's where we bought the flooring and told the agent that our contractor claimed the floring was bad. Lowe's said because I used an independent contractor they couldnt help, that if we had used one of theirs, they'd take a look, come fix the problem. as if had only been a year and a half. Craig refused to help us fill out the guarantee (requires pictures). We have no idea if the floor was bad as Craig claimed or if his sub-looring work was poor, In the future I am not sure we would go with an independent contractor, or if we did, we'd want someone who'd at least help us do the guarantee form. If the guarantee form with the pictures backed up Craig's claim, we'd have been happy to talk to him, as he knows, about future payment for future work.

(imagine that) They had a 3-in-1 Compost just like U&D, it was $25 a Yard vs. U&D $33 a yard, and they delivered later in the day! About an hour later U&D finally called back, the first thing she said when I answered the phone was, "that will be $330, how would you like to pay?" I then informed her that I had already purchased it from Bark Place for $80 less, "wow, thats a steal, it must not be as good as our compost, I guess you get what you pay for." The Bark place has my business from now on.
