OK, so in February they came out to the golf course and met me to replace my windshield while I was golfing.. Knocked it out super easy and very convenient. About 2 months later I had a new crack in the new windshield..Super bummed I hit them back up letting them know..(thought maybe I got a defect glass or something).. their crew came out and assessed the new crack and replaced the windshield for free..They have always had great service..much appreciated! We had a long crack on the front windshield of our Lexus, and I found a great deal on Groupon for E Auto Glass. Be sure to let the techs know if your glass has any sensors (rain, defrost) so that he arrives with the correct glass and quotes the job accurately. My technician came with the wrong glass because I wasn't sure about the sensors, but thankfully Derek was able to drop off the right one within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service! I am highly satisfied with the price and quality of the replacement, as well as the convenience of the mobile service. One star removed because communication was less than stellar when trying to book an appointment, but the savings made it all worth it. read more

Had a crack in my windshield that was growing and growing over the past month. I was waiting until I found the right place before moving forward with replacing it and I am so glad I found E Auto glass. Not only did they come to my house (with no extra charge) to replace the windshield, they came when they said they would and were really quick about it! The owner came out to do the repair because one of the technicians couldn't, I really appreciated that. He quoted me about 20 mins to fix the chip and it was done a bit sooner. There was even a few chips on the windshield but only charged me for one! Saved me a few bucks in the process. The owner was professional, friendly and on-time! Called on Friday to schedule an appointment for windshield replacement as soon as possible, never answered the phone but texted back eventually. Got a quote and confirmed for monday(today) between 11am-1230pm. Never showed up. I'm a nightshift nurse & worked last night. This time frame is very hard to wake up for especially working again tonight, but have been up waiting for them to arrive. Very disappointed they didn't call or text to reschedule or communicate this time frame no longer worked in their schedule. I bought a Groupon for this service and it worked out great! The technician, Daniel, was friendly and helpful. He came out to my workplace and installed the new windshield in about 30-45 minutes with no hassle. I would recommend printing the Groupon as the ad said. I forgot to print and he said that I could send him my Groupon via screenshot. They take credit or cash. Credit is a 3% fee. They call in the credit card and send you a Square receipt via text. You pay for the service after the service is finished and the work is inspected. Pros: Fast, friendly and no hassle. Able to use a Groupon ($25 for $100 towards the service). They take credit card on-site. Convenience of mobile installation. Cons: The only con which has more to do with the initial appointment request, is that if you call and receive a voicemail request, the inbox says it is full and you get disconnected without the option of leaving any sort of information or callback request. I got an automated text message after this and eventually got a hold of, I'm assuming, the owner. I ended up working out the appointment via text. The whole encounter wasn't an issue to me, but I can see how some other customers might see this as frustrating while using a phone with no text capabilities. I purchased a groupon to get my windshield replaced. I did have to call two or three times before I got a hold of someone, but Keith gave me a quote right away on the phone and was able to schedule a mobile replacement for two days later. The mechanic (?) showed up early to the correct address, was very professional and quick. My windshield looks great and I have not experienced any problems. If I had not gotten the groupon, it would've costed $250 for the mobile replacement, which seems about market price. If you pay with card, there is a little bit of an up-charge, so better to pay with cash. read more

This company was great the first go round. Decided to use them again on a new car that had windshield damage. Boy, what a mistake. They damaged the vehicle's dashboard in multiple locations and tried to pass it off after the job was done. Upon refusing payment, the "boss" was called and phone was shuffled around between the employees and myself. It was resolved that they would repair the vehicle damage to the dashboard. They asked for a check again, I refused until damage was repaired. It has been three weeks. I still have damage to the vehicle. They dodge phone calls from my number, missed an appointment for repair, and have not made any effort to fix my vehicle. It's a shame, as our first experience was excellent. If you're looking at a groupon for this company, DON'T DO IT! Save yourself the time and money by spending a little cash to get it done right. UPDATE 01: Owner came to my house 90 minutes late with replacement piece. Tried to install it for 5 minutes before he asked me if I had my own torque wrench. I did not. He left promising to come back the next day UPDATE 02: Owner came with proper parts and repaired damage, took $20 off my bill for inconvenience. UPDATE 03: IT RAINED!!!!! The original vehicle I had them replace a windshield on leaks badly. My driver's seat was soaking wet. Called for repair appointment, had my call returned at 9:15 PM. UPDATE 04: Scheduled repair for Thursday morning while I was at work, specifically between 8:30 AM and 11:30 AM, as I take my lunch at 1pm and need the vehicle. Owner calls at 12:00 PM to say they will be here in 45 minutes. Cancelled appointment and rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon between 2:30 and 4:00 PM. UPDATE 05: Repair called the next day to ask if he could come outside of the window we set up. I said no. He showed up at 2:45 and repaired the leak. I have since taken the car through an automatic car wash and have had no leaks or issues. After all of this I have also noticed that there is some felt fabric popping out from behind the trim piece that covers the wires that go to our rear view mirror. Do I call for repair? HA. Fast, convenient service. I accidentally made a foot-long crack in my windshield while trying to stuff a surfboard in my car. Never get from these guys!!! Worst job ever!! They broke a bottom clip for my drain support and acted like nothing happened... The sides on support are still loose and jangly it's a mystery it won't leak. Very mediocre very unprofessional would not recommend again. I'm only sad I spent $200 and didn't go to Safelite instead. Although this place does its business through texts more than phone, I must rate them highly on their expediency and professionalism. They were on time, met me near my place since my street was being paved and finished the job with 40 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable (especially since I find a deal with them on Groupon.) Two or three days later, I finally drove my car and noticed a scratch on my windshield. The guy came right out and showed me that it was just dirt. I felt so stupid. I had a wonderful experience with E Auto Glass. I had a major crack in my windshield and found E Auto Glass on Groupon. I called and left a message and I believe his name was Keith called me back within 10 mins. We scheduled an appointment for the following day between 10-12 at my place of work. Rafael showed up at 11:00 AM right in the window they told me. He fixed my windshield in 30 mins and then helped me remove my parking permit stickers off my old windshield. I offered to tip him and he refused and said he just loves doing his job and it wasn't necessary. He was on time, extremely nice and very good at his job. He mentioned he has been doing windshield repair and replacement for the past 10 years and I could definitely tell! I would highly recommend. With or without the Groupon they are the best price and I called at least 10 places. I can't recommend them enough!! read more
